So a lot of women willingly don't want to work Only someone as narrow-minded as a man would say something as ludicrous as that. Indian women are extremely motivated to work outside the home because they want independence. I don't know a single Indian woman who doesn't work or want to work

Again start applying for govt jobs. In my country there is 33% women reservation So you have double the chance of getting a govt job than a woman does. What's the problem?

She doesn't like how some people are critical of her sudden changes and her current boyfriend. She was involved in creating a 2 1/2 hour film about how her last boyfriend groomed her and has written a song about girls being taken advantage of, so you'd think she'd apply that same logic to her new boyfriend... but no, she thinks it's completely different. For some reason. She speaks badly of the people who are trying to warn her that no sane, decent 28 year old would date someone a decade younger…

She had a hysterectomy during the separation to remove her crazy hormones No doctor would have agreed to that just because she didn't like it or was feeling hormonal. What was the medical reason for her having a hysterectomy?

If having preferences for what genes are passed to your children is eugenics, then preferring a woman with a big rack and big butt is racist No, it's also eugenics because body type characteristics are inheritable. Therefore, men who reproduce with women who have a big butt/boobs are literally commiting genocide against women with small butts/boobs /s

As an unexpected autistic (and ADHD) child, I also strongly encourage women to get themselves and their partner genetically tested before having kids if there are inheritable issues that you definitely do not want your children to have. Not just because men are overwhelmingly more likely to leave their child if they're born ill/disabled and make you a single mother without practical and financial support, but because it's unfair on the child. Autistic children (mid-high functioning) know when th…

Her accusations: that I kidnapped our son with intent to flee to Mexico. We never left the state But is that true? Were you thinking of leaving?

She doesn’t make an income and refuses to work If she suddenly got a full time, 9-5 job tomorrow working for minimum wage, who would be looking after the kids while she worked? You? Sacrificing her career? She never had a career That's not what the term means. Regardless of whether they had one to begin or not, a SAHP has sacrified their earning potential to raise their children and are decades behind their peers in terms of their career progress and history of employment.

Then I'm not sure why you're obsessed with the concept of your wife "bleeding you dry" if you were to divorce. That simply wouldn't happen. The more involved with your kids you've been and will be in the future will determine how the assets are split and how much (if any) child support you'll need to pay.
/r/Divorce_Men11/05/21 11:19 PM
-1

Assets are split equally or proportionality to 1) make up a tiny bit of the income the SAHP lost from sacrificing their career, and 2) so your children's quality of life doesn't suffer. Even if you hate your wife with a passion (why?), don't you care about your children?

So it's been about 2 months since my stbx ambushed me with divorce. It was probably the most traumatic experience I've ever had That's a tad dramatic, especially since you admit that there's nothing about the divorce to be angry about other than the fact that she initiated one. That's her right. She's being fair to you when she doesn't have to be, she could have tried to fuck you over. You should be thankful, not angry. It's only been 2 months dude. Slow down. You should focus on getting yoursel…

My wife had to pick me up once in a vacation town when my brother and I went to a bar and did shots of Tequila (police called her, we walked intentionally and were not supervising children). No arrest no ticket and only time in 22 years police were involved for any reason. Can you elaborate on this? Why did the police call her?

Do you think technology can replace biological women in future? To answer their question... unfortunately, I do not. As much as I'd like that to be the case. Male entitlement and sexual violence isn't static. Their violent behaviour always escalates. That's why watching/looking at child sex abuse images is considered to be a warning sign that that person is going to start abusing/assaulting children. Giving a paedophile a child sex doll not only does nothing to prevent them from going on to hurt…

This month I have learned that you never stop vetting because some guys will learn to use HVM language then gaslight you when their actions contradict their words No fucking shit... You sound really young and naive. I'd suggest having a break from dating men for a couple of years and do some relevant reading in the meantime, so you can be fully prepared before you go back to dating them.

I think these women would rather live in this brain fog than have to acknowledge that. “Many women, I think, resist feminism because it is an agony to be fully conscious of the brutal misogyny which permeates culture, society, and all personal relationships.” - Andrea Dworkin

I was never mean to her. Never called her a bad name for 5 years of marriage I didn't say you did. Funny how you were so quick to jump to defending yourself with "I never physically abused her". That's the bare minimum expectation for any decent human being. Do you think you deserve praise and brownie points for not commiting acts of extreme violence towards your partner? did what I had to as a man to provide both for myself and the people I shared a life with Your ego seems to be reliant on gen…

A woman refusing to take a medication that destroys their physical health, mental health and libido (as well as increases their chances of developing tumors or cancer later in life), just so you don't need to wear a piece of plastic for 1 minute, is hardly a "stunt". Maybe you should have just gotten snipped instead of nagging her for 20 years

you have NO idea if any of this is true. Accusing him of being a gold digger and that fund being the only reason for him pursuing her may be completely false The first thing he spoke about was her money. He mentioned his ex-wife's investments no less than 8 times. Bit excessive, don't you think? If a woman mentioned her ex-husbands investments and networth as often as this, the comments would (rightfully) be all over it. You don't know his reasons nor do you know what their relationship was like…

She also loved to tell me how she had about $80,000 in a stock fund she had saved up (come later to find out that her dad was putting child support checks into a account for her since she was 13 and investing it for her and handed it over when she turned 21). But to a kid who grew up on food stamps and worked shitty jobs (literally cleaning toilets) to get through school I took the bait and it sounded nice to be with someone from the other side. Sounds like you only got with her for her money. L…

This is probably why every single male friendship I've had ended up with them being angry or violent in some way, after they realised I don't want to have a romantic or sexual relationship with them. God, they're pathetic

It's fucking gross is what it is. When they say they don't like compliments from men because they're not attracted to men, they're admitting they only compliment women they want to bang. They're admitting they think any woman who compliments him finds him attractive and wants to get into his pants. And they wonder why we're on the defense when we're "complimented" (aka catcalled/harassed) by random men on the street 🙄

To summarise: He's mad that his girlfriend isn't a "cool girl" anymore. She used to put up with: his Mcdonalds and indoor movie dates, having to to pay for both of them if she wanted to have an actual date, having to do most of the household chores, acting like a mother to him, expecting very little in terms of Christmas/birthday presents, etc. But now she's visiting that toxic man-hating misandrist subreddit and she's not a cool girl anymore :( she actually expects him to put some effort into p…

chores are 70/30 It's a well established fact that men overestimate how much house work they do, and underestimate how much their partner does. If he thinks she's doing 70% of the work, it's likely that she's doing much more 😬 the only thing on my wishlist He basically forced her to buy him a ps5... but is confused why she isn't happy with a generic gift basket. He calls her materialistic for wanting a new phone, but thinks that asking for a PS5 is a perfectly reasonable gift to demand and isn't…

Strongly agree. In my opinion, we don't know whether a man is HV until we've known them for at least a couple of years (in my experience, 3-5 years). Nobody can make an accurate judgement on whether a man is HV if they've only known him for a couple of months. It's impossible because abusive or LV men can and will hide their true nature until they've "trapped" their victim (after they've moved in together, become engaged, married or have a child)

Yup, this is my biggest pet peeve and I'm pretty sure this topic was my first rant on this sub. IMO it takes AT LEAST 5 years to deduce whether a male is a true "HV". Otherwise, he could just be saying whatever he thinks he needs to say to get laid, could be a performative activist, a very manipulative and sneaky abuser, etc.

It sounds like your emotional and financial wellbeing isn't a priority to him. It doesn't even seem like it crosses his mind at all most days. Paying for meals is an easy way of looking after your girlfriend. It's difficult to forget to pay for both of you, and there's a high reward for it (the girlfriend notices, gives him extra attention and love to "make up" for his small financial donation, etc). If all he does to look after you is pay for your dates (which is a bare minimum, especially if h…

equal salaries? What is he contributing to your relationship/lives that's equal to your work, if you're doing all the housework AND contributing 50% of your overall finances? It's only fair that he should be the main or sole provider if you're going to cook, clean, garden & organise for him. You're doing your role right now, but he isn't doing his. Lundy has spent his entire career helping women and children by working with abusive men as a therapist (who specialises in working with abusers), calling out other therapists for (unintentionally) supporting abusers manipulative behaviour, completely reformed how therapists go about dealing with clients who are abusers, by finding out exactly what goes on in an abusers mind, writing about it in layman's terms & publishing them online for FREE, so it's accessible to ALL women. No, you're an incel if you regularily participate in incel subreddits, which is why I called you an incel after you derailed a post about a domestic abuse victim. It's pathetic of you to lie to try to twist the truth to victimize yourself, and it's hilariously pathetic you need to lie to your own community to demonize me & paint me as the bad guy. Isn't that what you accuse women of doing, being deceptive and crying wolf, and why you want to "go your own way"? Ha! Projection much?
