Thanks for the info. In Virginia it states until the child is 18 or graduates from high school. Key word being graduates. So I feel she’ll be sort of in between. In no mans land for these 6 months. I mean technically no she will not have graduated. But at the same time she will also be done with school. Ugh! I really don’t want to have to pay a lawyer for this info. Really want to have my ducks in a row for when birthday 18 hits. I appreciate the link. Very helpful.

Lol. Of course my daughter would want the money I’m sure. But I’ve got other bills that money could go to. I mean she’s living for free and I just bought her a car. She has no living expenses other than her cell phone. I really want to be done with child support.
