Honestly it was my fault, my parents pushed me to try different sports growing up and only bought "junk food" on special occasions. . I actually stuck to some throughout high school, but I was still chubby because I ate like absolute shit at the time (school cafeteria was cheap and had a lot of options).

Nope not a joke at all. The top frats were mostly "good ol' boy" southern boys who didn't work out, not the 6'4 and chiseled guys you'd normally envision. In the end a lot of them were actually pretty nice guys, but in college I was still pretty jealous that they had it made from the very start.

99% chance it's a scam. VERY common actually on online dating sites -- girl will chat you up (and probably ask for nudes), and later on her "dad" will call you saying that his daughter is actually 15 and he needs $10000 to pay for her "therapy" or he'll call the police.

Leaning towards red. I have only a few close female friends who I hang out/talk with regularly. The thing with these girls is that I got to know them over a very long period of time (since middle/high school). Plus, our families have known each other since before we were born, so we're basically brothers and sisters with each other. It's nice having them around because we have zero romantic/sexual interest in each other, so there's no chance of any tension or drama messing with the friendships. …

Any commonly heard platitude along the lines of "Do X and the girls will flock to you". Fucking hate hearing these. I get the value of self-improvement, don't get me wrong. But unless you're a fucking celebrity or a guy with model-tier looks, girls will pretty much never approach you, let alone "flock" to you. The man has to do 90% of the initiating, from approaching the girl, to getting her number, to taking her on a date, to kissing her, etc. For the longest time, I bought into the whole "all …

I grew up thinking that that it's "disrespectful" to show girls that I'm sexually attracted to them. I thought that even telling a girl she's cute was "objectifying" her. I thought that the proper way to get girls was to be friends with them, ask for permission to kiss them, etc. Needless to say, I got nowhere with girls in high school and early college years. When I finally lost my virginity and had my first fling with that girl, she told me that she would love it if I could be rough with her, …

I used to be that guy. It all boils down to not approaching girls, and giving off an "asexual" vibe. I was good at making friendly conversation with girls, but that's all it ever was, FRIENDLY. Not surprisingly, girls just saw me as someone who could be their friend. After I started improving my body language, eye contact, flirting skills, and ability to make moves, I started getting laid. One of my best friends still struggles with this. He's a 6'4 blond dude who you'd probably assume was a mal…

Positives: -Have been meditating on a pretty regular basis -Have been spending less bullshit time on the internet than in previous years -Finally lost my v-card, and have been with 4 girls since -Am lifting or doing some form of exercise every morning -Have been consistently learning some new programming skills -Cut out friends/acquaintances who aren't good for my development, and spend more time around people who'll make me better -Overall have much less social anxiety and have become a lot mor…

I used to be skinnyfat and really shy. Nowadays I'm somewhat lean and built, although I could definitely gain some more muscle. I didn't get any action until my LAST SEMESTER OF COLLEGE, but since losing my virginity, I've been with a couple attractive girls and always have dates lined up. Since swallowing the pill, I've never really had a tendency to resort back to "beta" behavior. I've learned that I can say some of the dirtiest and most inappropriate things to girls, but they fucking love it …
