The article doesn't "try to control how women should dress". It advises on recent research with the obvious intent of helping women understand the reasons for being stared at by a stranger. I see, so by the same token we should be talking in terms of slapping women for how they dress.

This is a fucking tragedy, absolutely gut-wrenching just reading it. I can't imagine what it must've been like for the boy and now the mother. OP: This is a warped example of women being treated with kid gloves / low responsibility by the justice system if that's the angle you're trying to play. Mother or father, son or daughter, going by the info in the article this was clearly a dreadful accident.

Are the kind of people so closed minded and bigoted the kind of people that would read this article and pause for self-reflection? Like with many of the issues we discuss here, reading the audience and experimenters' comments suggests again that it takes being forced to confront perhaps by personal circumstance/experience uncomfortable realities and inconvenient truths before ideologues will even consider starting a red pill journey.
