1	How can I take rejection graciously? I think it is important to differentiate between anxiety and vulnerability. Women are attracted to men who can be honest and allow themselves to become vulnerable around them. Having anxiety is okay. 2	How can I learn to talk to women? Start talking to women in general, regardless of whether you find them attractive or not, young or old. It can be as simple as smiling and saying “Hi, good morning.” to start off. If this develops into more of a conversation then go with the flow and enjoy it. Don’t think of it as getting the girl because that’s when you are objectifying her. Think about it as you and her just enjoying each other’s company.
