Dude the only way to approach a girl at the gym is make sure she's not in the middle of a set and maybe ask for her help on your squat or ask for help on something dont try and correct her form on stuff and dont compliment ther looks cause there usually in revealing clothes at the gym so they probaly already feel kind of exposed and maybe uncomfortable so just kinda talk to then
