Ive just turned 17 (2 days ago) and I'm about to go lifting for the first time in ages today. Will be my sccond time properly going to the gym. Ever. Can't wait. I'm a really skinny guy (6'2 in height though), and from the start I'm going to be eating the right foods and protein amounts to gain.

Thanks for the advice. Everything got sorted with my girl. Turns out while dealing with shit tests have become like a second nature to me, I literally knew Jack shit about comfort game and test- didn't even know it was a thing. Done some reading, and definitely learnt a whole lot today. Cheers.
