The goal of TRT is to never put the syringe away and what does it have to do with age? I got on TRT at 21.

250 mg EW is not TRT, that is a low blast dosage. What does it put your levels at?

No matter wich of the diets that OP presented you need to focus on kcal in, vs out, that is true. But there are different ways to achieve that.

Don't touch DNP unless you really know what you are doing. You need to do a lot of research before you use these drugs.

I've got experience with fucked up hormones. If you chose to take any medications related to your hormones you have to do a great amount of reading, experimenting and still take a big risk. I strongly advice you from doing this because the people who can pull it off safely and effectivly are few.

LSD, mushrooms and especially MDMA was huge boosts in my confidence, used responsibly those drugs does not cause any harm to your health. Like a shortcut so effective that it doesn't feel like a shortcut, for me those experiences I had with those drugs have shaped my life more than anything else I've ever read, done or experienced. Like you said, a year of theraphy in one dose. And it is hard to explain why or how those drugs affect you, you just know when your one them that "this will change ev…

It is way beyond late, even if Sverigedemokraterna (right wing party getting more and more popular) gets full majority in the next election and goes through with their plans on giving up citizenship for immigrants who didn't deserve them and send them back. There is no way possible for this country to ever resemble anything close to what it once were. The way this society has been divided is beyond repair, no way going back.

I'm trying but e2 medication is very rarely used on men here, it doesn't seem to be a part of TRT at all which is very strange. Acoording to my doctor, gyno is one of the side-effects of TRT that you just have to live with... I might have to go the illegal way for that one.

Got referred to a endocrinologist who happen to have a lot of experience and contact with some of the leading people in this field in my country. My levels before the therapy was around 300 and is now at around 850, I've had some problems with e2 so I might switch to Nebido instead, long lasting testosterone injection.

Or for someone with just abnormal/low levels. I'm in my early 20s and on HRT (hcg monotherapy, works like TRT).

The other day I made small talk with a cute girl in one of the shops I was working in, made her laugh but she had to leave before I could ask for her number. Phoned the shop for some other stuff the day after and the manager (her dad) told she asked him if I was coming back again.

Its not a PUA book, its almost red pill. I think its a great read for anyone wandering into the manosphere and I think you can definitely get something out of it considering your issue. Long time since I read it but think of it as a book aiming for guys to improve with girls, using feminized language and applies more to the natural alphas rather than omega boys or beta guys.

Would appreciate a post about this, I've been thinking about it the last couple of weeks but can't say that I've gotten anywhere with it. I've been letting a large part of my default mode into more TRP territory but this is one of the parts that I keep failing at.

You can't find any reason for hormonal change at all? Do another test.

Your testosterone levels are heavily influenced by different factors, even the test that showed 239 might be off. Check your levels every two months for atleast 6 months and you will have a better idea of where you are. You have a couple of different options regarding your low T. TRT which is a lifelong treatment, dialing in the right amount and all the hassle that comes with just getting it at your age sucks you should view this as a last resort kind of thing, same with pinning yourself (steroi…

Testosterone is responsible for the growth of the vocal chords in puberty, they wont grow smaller just because you get lower T with age.

Pretty sure the reason why steroids deepen your voice is because they make the vocal cords grow, same reason as why a boy gets a deeper voice when he hits puberty. My post is about letting go of tension on the vocal cords making them more relaxed, and speaking from the diaphragm.

I definitely took some knowledge out of this post, kinda like reading How to win friends and influence people, its stuff that makes sense and makes me feel like I already know, but I need to read it to grasp it and get something out of it further.

That is not true either, its about dosage and what steroids you take. Google Steroids vs natural study and you will find an article about it.

You made a mistake sending her an explanation like that. You should have left it at "That will be to much work for me, if you guys pay for the gas I'll drive, if not then thats okay. See ya next time." She probably wanted to see if she could get away with you paying for it to, hence the ";)"-smiley. When you started arguing about it she felt attacked and just bored, as she said "didn't know that you have that thoughts". In the end it probably wasn't about the money, you just seemed to boring to …

Buying well fitting clothing is expensive. It doesn't have to, thrift shops and sales take you a long way if you stick to a minimal-ish wardrobe.

I fully agree. The amount of quality content will rise with the time it takes for people to get experience worth expressing here. I think this is why internet communities tend to turn to shit over time. Any guy unplugging gets blown away by the new way of thinking, a reality check takes place which is extremely powerful but I think this is just the beginning, this stuff hasn't been around for a very long time and we only skim the surface of something bigger. What should be done to prevent this c…

TRP is growing very quickly, more and more guys are waking up and starts to religiously follow the sub. I found the sub a couple of months ago and has devoured anything that I can relate to in terms of real life so although I experience the same decline in quality posts, the majority of things that end up on the front page is things that I can relate to. However, TRP has a community like I've never seen before. The endorsed contributors and well known names here radiates a kind of macho-ness tha…

Travel but do it with groups. If you see an opportunity to travel with a group of younger people (20s and early 30s at oldest), do it! Traveling opportunities usually attract a lot of higher SMV men and even the better looking women. Take these opportunities when you can. Id say travel alone and join groups of people travelling together, you get to enjoy all the social stuff within the group but doesn't have to bother about the drama they brought. My experience is that people think you're the sh…

Dissecting everything like this makes every small part of it seem harder than it is. All the ways of responding and initiating comes from the same core beliefs, which is a big part of what TRP offers. Wouldn't say its easier though, its still a lot of work to unlearn and relearn those core beliefs.
