The ExceptionSo I'm pre-emptively banned? How flattering that someone thought my views dangerous enough to ban me from an online forum. I doubt everything that you're saying. You don't know my life, you can't say if it's close to the truth or not, and for god's sake, you haven't even defined what the "truth" is. What is the truth? Is it that objective reality is impossible to discover and that you can survive only by being suspicious of everyone who has ever given you advice or shown concern for you? Is havi… | /r/askTRP | 09/12/14 05:02 PM

The ExceptionYou're being pedantic. It was a saying. low sex drive =/= asexual. It's just stoicism. I'm just saying my drive is low because I don't seek it out/have it on the brain 24/7; what happens, happens, though only with someone I trust. | /r/askTRP | 09/12/14 03:02 PM
| -1 | The ExceptionI know. The thing is that prescribing a reddit just for "women" connotates cultural gender differences which I was neither raised with nor embraced growing up. I prefer to get my advice from men because we live in a men's world, and typically men are more logical. My biological functions don't play a large part in my personal life -- what matters is ideals and drive. It's because of the social implications of being a woman that I have come here to ask for your advice. | /r/askTRP | 09/12/14 02:56 PM |
The ExceptionNot necessarily. I have many male friends, but I'm always aware of the spikes in conversation that can lead to sexual connotations. I really don't want sex right now -- to paraphrase Laplace, the equation works well enough without it. Still, if it comes to that, I don't want some asshole to take away from me what should be between two people in a mutually-supportive (if not loving) relationship. | /r/askTRP | 09/12/14 02:41 PM
The ExceptionI love you. Thank you. ♂ | /r/askTRP | 09/12/14 01:23 PM
