The problem with low self esteem and body image is that you project your own insecurities on the world. Ie you think your husband sees your boobs the same way you do, and he’s just being nice. The reality is far more like he loves your boobs far far more than you do. A few things to consider when improving your self esteem. Self esteem/anxiety issues stem from a childhood whereby you try to cater to your parents in an attempt to receive positive reactions. A childhood with constant criticism fue…

You could try saying something along the lines of “I want you to try and be more assertive with me. You’re usually quite passive and I’m confused about what you want. I’d like you to work on saying exactly what you want and how things make you feel, and don’t feel shamed by it, because I love you and we can work on your needs in the same way we both work on my needs, and we’ll be able to get through conflicts/problems quicker and more maturely.”

Admittedly I’m not to sure on this. I used betterhelp after I got out of a rough break up and the assertiveness training just kind of flowed in. If you tell him you want this, he might take it as you’re trying to change him. This isn’t the case, but he may think that way. It’s all on him to try and work on it, so therapy/training isn’t particularly required. I will look if I have any material saved and send it to you. If not we could talk further and I can explain how it works. It really is quit…

Personally I used betterhelp, all online, you can text whenever and you get 4 video sessions a month. I needed about 2 months and from then on it’s just been all me thinking about how to better deal with situations. That was over a year ago. I’m way more assertive now.

Passive is just as unhealthy as aggressive or passive aggressive. Assertiveness training can help. He may be afraid of conflict or abandonment, an issue which needs to be resolved.

Yeah, alphas and betas are not absolutes. Personally I’m definitely not an alpha but I’m definitely not a beta either.

“Alpha fucks, beta bucks.” Scientifically speaking, women do look for the more masculine ‘alpha’ during ovulation, but search for more committed ‘husband material’ or ‘betas’ the rest of her cycle. In the recent decades of sexual liberation it is increasingly observed that women are consistency having casual sex with alphas because of club culture.

I’m British but my American SO loves it when I call her darling. Apparently that word doesn’t really work in an American accent though... If she calls you sir, reply back with miss or madame.

Don’t. The best women chase after successful men, not rich kids. You may have the cash, but do you have the means or security for it to last after your parents are gone? (Assuming that’s the case).

Are you actually rich? You’ll often find that those who are rich do not show off their wealth and save as much money as possible, helping to create more meaningful relationships. Those who show off a perceived wealth they do not actually have tend to say poor. That’s why all the blingy people in the hood are still in the hood. Rich kids who are careless and haven’t made a buck of their own tend to lead the next generation into the lower class. They’re retards that attract retarded hot women with…

Personal hygiene to men is more about does it look clean than is it actually clean. IE he probably won’t mind hair that is a bit greasy after a long days work or workout but having messy bedraggled hair all the time is a no no. Guys tend to be ok with bedding a sweaty girl but women tend not to like that at all. Teeth is a big thing. I notice uncleaned teeth at its so disgusting. Really, it depends on the individual.

Please quote where I said “all women”. I said “many women” and “some women”. Women don’t get loose pussies, but is often used as a metaphor for how many dicks have filled it. A lot of women are damaged by their past experiences and relationships, as are men. In many cases women will set standards based on their past relationships and this includes sexual relationships. I don’t need to post sources on this. If you’ve ever had female friends or acquaintances, you’d know.

When men slave to women, you get those horrible old boomers constantly bragging about shit with their old boomer friends in restaurants. It’s a bragging competition; you can tell no-ones fucking happy.

IMO men live for the future. Women live for the now. All these bad decisions women make are done because they’re fun and adventurous without a care in the world, but not a single thought is put into how those decisions will lead you in the future. Many women will then blame others as a coping mechanism for the fact they have no responsibility. Two examples: Woman sleeps around in college. Every guy knows she’s a hoe now. Then when she wants to settle down, nobody wants her because her pussy is l…

I’ve noticed people act more nervous and less natural on dates with people perceived as “out of their league”, and of course most of these dates don’t work out. The mindset is usually “there’s no way” or “damn I got lucky this time around!” And they try to up the ante, which ends up being worse. I always thought “chemistry” was likewise attraction, naturally getting along and being genuinely interested about your date as the dates progress, but today it seems the term is overused as “I like him …

Do you smile at people? I know it’s a little cliché but a woman who doesn’t smile really throws men off and may be stopping men from approaching you. I’m asking because you posted you were self-conscious. This YouTube video is a good example; he swipes 30 woman; all are decently attractive but he only swipes right the smiling/smirking women. I think it’s kind of a “if she looks unhappy, I’d have to carry that burden too” kinda thing, and if she looks unhappy now while she’s young, what will she …

A relationship with a man may add to your life and fill it with so much love, stories and companionship, but to a man, his woman BECOMES his life. Just the fact that you are with him gives his job an extra, massive meaning that I can't describe. He works for you, because he wants a better life for you, regardless of if he had the same job before you even met or not. Do you ask about his work day? Do you often tell him you're so grateful he works long hours to provide for you? He wants to feel li…

> I think it's morally wrong for women to "settle" and use men for their own life goals. Men want to "settle" just as much as women if they want kids, but it doesn't have to be 'settling' if you're both well compatible. Given you are morally minded, I don't think this is an issue for you. If you don't want to use a man, you probably wont. As long as he is on the same page as you when it comes to future goals, wanting to start a family etc, as well as distributing daily tasks, whether its work, c…

If you're living with parents, get out. Given you said £200 I'm assuming you live in the UK, in which case £1300 a month is rather low, however there are cheap ways to live. Rent-share or Live-in Landlords are good because they're cheaper than full rent, often exclude bills but give you the independence to do everything from cooking and cleaning by yourself. In time, you'll learn how to manage time and not be a pushover. I prefer live-in landlords because their houses are homes and many of the r…
