It doesn't sound like you go to the gym at all. It also doesn't sound like you have any self-confidence. You have to go to the gym regularly and lift hard. You have to have enough self-confidence that if a woman were to dump you, you would be fine with it and start talking to a new woman the same day of the break-up.

You're at the gym. It doesn't matter what you say as long as it's brief, light, and you immediately get back to your routine. You're there to work out, so don't stress to much about the small details. As long as you've opened up with something you're already in. Next time you see her you can easily have a longer conversation because she knows who you are and you've already somewhat talked. Then you can start running game.

You have to shift your mental state into focusing on her intstead of yourself. When you successfully shift focus onto her, you can last as long as possible. The moment you start thinking thoughts that turn you on, you're priming your body to do what it's meant to do. No I did not, I went straight home. I was kind of itching to try some of this stuff since I was always curious what would actually happen to me and not just the stories I read about here. When she apologized it just proved to me the stuff here holds a lot of weight and that women do all these tests to weed out the good from the bad.
