Thanks. I will try but she can be really stubborn defensive and almost always misinterprets things. I don’t expect this whole thing to go well but I guess it hardly ever does.

Thanks all, good input. I like the idea of mediation, could I start by offering to find a meditator with her and see how that goes? Would we both need lawyer ls if we chose mediation?

I've made crypto payments over the years as I've traded them etc. The ones I've made are not significant in relation to my accounts, and none recently. Still ok? I don't want to appear to hide anything which is why i'm asking.

I saw an atty years ago who told me you could negotiate in advance and sign an agreement stipulating the conditions. Still too risky? I def want joint custody.

Yes for an LLC you don’t owe anything, the LLC does.. unless she signed with a personal guarantee which is likely. In that case if you benefited from income from the entity you likely also are responsible for the debt incurred. Def ask your atty.
