| 3 | America is waking up to the farce that is feminismYou tell by the accepted "waves" academia uses. It's not a ship of thesus issue. Plenty of experts agree when the waves are. Is there even a main group? I mean, NRA has a whole headquarters and everything. As does PETA. Where's feminism HQ? The problem with decentralized groups is their co-optability by others. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 13/04/18 05:02 PM |
| 3 | America is waking up to the farce that is feminismWe'll, aren't first and second wave over? Goals accomplished(in the west at least)? So third wave IS feminism right now. It's like saying the Dallas Cowboys suck. You're not referring to the 90s team, earlier versions/iterations, you're referring to now. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 13/04/18 04:41 PM |
| 2 | America is waking up to the farce that is feminismIf Mens Rights seeks to place men above women, so does feminism seek to place women above men. This is why feminists bash me for calling myself gender egalitarian. You're movements name is gendered, it's inherently biased. Kinda like how the NRA and Brady campaign don't agree on the numbers. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 13/04/18 04:02 PM |
| 4 | America is waking up to the farce that is feminismThird wave. First and Second were about equal treatment. 3rd is about making society gynocentric which it did well. I also can't get behind the idea that a movement with a gendered name fights for actual gender equality. Every time I call myself a gender egalitarian, the feminists brigade on me. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 13/04/18 03:49 PM |

From inception we were set up differently in our structure of inclusiveness than Europe. Also, there is a VERY big shift in how the colonies view themselves from say french and indian war to the revolution. Of course, in the 1750s they're british, no question. But by 1770 a new sense of identity for those living in the colonies has erupted. This new sense of who is and isn't "part of our group" includ… | /r/PussyPass | 18/03/17 06:53 PM |

| 2 | Crazy lady throws her drink on me in front of off-duty police officerThere has to be purpose or intention of INITIATION of force. If I tell you if you do x to me, I will do y to you. All l I have stated is that I intend for you not to do x to me. This isn't hard. I have not stated I wish to do y to you, only that if you do x to me, I will do y to you. This makes it conditional. This changes the scenario. Oh, wait.... it's not.... cause the legal definition of threat doesn't include retaliatory language. I can say "I OUGHT TO KILL YOU!" or "I SHOULD KILL YOU!" and just because I didn't use "will", it's not a threat. http://thelawdictionary.org/threat/ See where it says purpose and intention? | 1 | Crazy lady throws her drink on me in front of off-duty police officer"If you hit me, I will hit you back." is not a threat, it is a warning against a particular course of action you seem like you're about to take. | 1 | Crazy lady throws her drink on me in front of off-duty police officerNo, that is not a threat. A threat is "I am going to hit you" threats are not conditional on the initiation of force from the other person. Telling someone their actions against you have ramifications is not a threat. That's why "shoplifters will be prosecuted." is not a threat of prosecution. It is dependent on the person doing an action in the first place. A threat is only dependent on an entity existing not on that entity taking action for which there will be consequences. War is still a huma… | /r/PussyPassDenied | 12/10/14 09:39 PM |
| 1 | Crazy lady throws her drink on me in front of off-duty police officerResisting attack is defense. resisting her trying to knock your phone out your hand by knocking her water is resisting attack. Retaliation isnt valid? Thats why the world court is charging the US with going to Afghan after 9/11, or the pacific after Pearl Harbor? If it's ok for nation states, it's ok for individuals, since nation state represent the will of individuals, in concept. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 12/10/14 08:35 PM |

If you then do those actions and I do mine, and you cry about it, then you're no better than the child who cries after they touch the stove when they were told not to touch the stove. | 1 | Crazy lady throws her drink on me in front of off-duty police officerNo, that is not what I think I can do... you're assuming and generalizing. I think it is reasonable and preferable to knock the, what, 2 dollar at MOST water out of her hand to defend the 3-400 dollar cell phone over letting her continue to try and break my shit or punching her in the face. This is not the same as thinking I can just be knocking shit out peoples hands all willy nilly. I never said that was acceptible. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 10/10/14 07:40 PM |
| 1 | Crazy lady throws her drink on me in front of off-duty police officerYou claimed I think Im allowed to just knock shit out peoples hands for whatever reason. | -1 | I proposed a question on /r/feminisms, but it has yet to be answered. So I figured why not ask it here. No, I genuinely was curious. And I learned the answer thanks to DownSoFar. If I wanted to take a shot at feminists I would have reposted this and blamed them for the deaths of some Swedes | /r/MensRights | 12/10/11 12:11 AM |
| 1 | I proposed a question on /r/feminisms, but it has yet to be answered. So I figured why not ask it here.Im not trolling homie. I have genuinely pondered this question and the answer is, thanks to a redditor who did the homework I wasn't willing to do, that since the draft is constitutionally mandated it would take a constitutional ammendment to change or revoke it. | /r/MensRights | 12/10/11 12:01 AM |
| 2 | I proposed a question on /r/feminisms, but it has yet to be answered. So I figured why not ask it here.Aparantly because the draft is a constitutional thing, it'll take a constitutional ammendment to change it. TIL | /r/MensRights | 11/10/11 11:58 PM |
| 0 | I proposed a question on /r/feminisms, but it has yet to be answered. So I figured why not ask it here.Cause I just got you to do my homework for me, thanks homie! | /r/MensRights | 11/10/11 11:55 PM |
| 0 | I proposed a question on /r/feminisms, but it has yet to be answered. So I figured why not ask it here.Women in combat is not the original issue. My original question was why havent they fought to be included in the draft, to which you showed me an example of some sort of that. But it wasn't really a "hey include us too thing" it was more a "since we cant do away with the draft our official statment is we should be included but were not going to actively persue this" | /r/MensRights | 11/10/11 09:22 PM |
| 2 | I proposed a question on /r/feminisms, but it has yet to be answered. So I figured why not ask it here.fine then... the privillage of being drafted. I'm not trolling. perhaps I should have said "be included in the draft" but the spirit is still the same. | /r/MensRights | 11/10/11 09:18 PM |
| -2 | I proposed a question on /r/feminisms, but it has yet to be answered. So I figured why not ask it here.Again, I'd say the logic is flawed. Their fundamental principals are for femal inclusion and not for male exclusion of certain things. | /r/MensRights | 11/10/11 08:26 PM |
| -4 | I proposed a question on /r/feminisms, but it has yet to be answered. So I figured why not ask it here.My point is, this lobbying is minimalist and highly unsucessful. | /r/MensRights | 11/10/11 08:24 PM |
| -1 | I proposed a question on /r/feminisms, but it has yet to be answered. So I figured why not ask it here. This makes sense. But the spirit of the original question was. "If feminists truly believe that men and women should be completely equal, then they should also be angry about being left out of the draft. Logically they would want ALL things to be equal even though logically ALL things shouldn't be" | /r/MensRights | 11/10/11 08:15 PM |
| 1 | I proposed a question on /r/feminisms, but it has yet to be answered. So I figured why not ask it here.Israel is also not currently engaged in all out war like they were the first time they had mixed gender combat units. | /r/MensRights | 11/10/11 08:12 PM |
| 1 | I proposed a question on /r/feminisms, but it has yet to be answered. So I figured why not ask it here.Well, considering we're still in the process of fighting two wars, one of which is the longest in american history, we've managed to do it with an all time low of .45% of the population AND haven't needed a draft it makes sense that it's not on anyones mind. | /r/MensRights | 11/10/11 08:12 PM |
| -3 | I proposed a question on /r/feminisms, but it has yet to be answered. So I figured why not ask it here.Just because NOW is anti draft doesn't mean ALL women are. Where are those women who support the draft but aren't calling to be allowed into it? | /r/MensRights | 11/10/11 07:56 PM |
| -3 | I proposed a question on /r/feminisms, but it has yet to be answered. So I figured why not ask it here.this is from May 26, 2005. Kinda old hat. I remember the talk about women in combat arms because that came on the coat tails of the DADT repeal when I was still in the army... but it never went anywhere. Why not? And also, I do not think its a good thing. The Israelis tried having women in combat units in actual combat(Many nations allow it, but these units dont actuallt see combat) and it went horribly bad. | /r/MensRights | 11/10/11 07:53 PM |
| 0 | I proposed a question on /r/feminisms, but it has yet to be answered. So I figured why not ask it here. Also, it's really sad they they'd put gender equality abouve peoples lives... wow. | /r/MensRights | 11/10/11 07:22 PM |
| -2 | I proposed a question on /r/feminisms, but it has yet to be answered. So I figured why not ask it here.No one has been a victim of the draft in over 40 years. In fact the global war on terror is the first war America has fought without conscripts or a draft. But I feel as if, if they really wanted equal resposibility there should be a march on D.C. with a million women demanding to let them get shot at too. | /r/MensRights | 11/10/11 07:20 PM |
| 0 | I proposed a question on /r/feminisms, but it has yet to be answered. So I figured why not ask it here.I'll probably just get yelled at. Not worth it. | /r/MensRights | 11/10/11 07:18 PM |
| 1 | I proposed a question on /r/feminisms, but it has yet to be answered. So I figured why not ask it here.Oh I completely agree, I'm a combat vet from Iraq. I've researced the history on this issue... Israel tried it once, and it went horribly bad. | /r/MensRights | 11/10/11 07:17 PM |
| -6 | I proposed a question on /r/feminisms, but it has yet to be answered. So I figured why not ask it here.I don't see women out in the street with signs saying "we wanna get shot at too!". That's what I consider to be active campaigning. A march on D.C. to allow them to get shot at. | /r/MensRights | 11/10/11 07:16 PM |
| 0 | I proposed a question on /r/feminisms, but it has yet to be answered. So I figured why not ask it here.In my book, a passive attempt doesn't count. | /r/MensRights | 11/10/11 06:58 PM |
| -3 | I proposed a question on /r/feminisms, but it has yet to be answered. So I figured why not ask it here.I agree, but it seems if youre gonna fight feverently for your right to vote its a bit hypocritical to not fight as feverently for the right to die for the right to vote. | /r/MensRights | 11/10/11 06:57 PM |
| -5 | I proposed a question on /r/feminisms, but it has yet to be answered. So I figured why not ask it here.See, this is on the tail end of a "end the draft" ordeal. Not on a stand alone "Include us" ordeal. As I read it. Nor has there ever been any active campaigning, only talk, for women to serve in combat roles like there was for Gays to be allowed to openly serve. | /r/MensRights | 11/10/11 06:56 PM |
