–	What is like actually peaking in your 30s? What does it consist of? You can't just "take care of your body and be in your physical prime". Genetics play a huge role. I take better care of myself than I ever did and in better shape yet I look worse than ever due to a skin disease and other physical, genetic problems completely out of my control.
