Thanks a lot. I like the 'please don't text me 20x' line.

Congratulations! Just wondering - why'd you go for the number instead of trying to take her back to your place right then?

Interesting stuff. Kind of took the pressure off my approach anxiety and lessened the need to feel especially smooth and charming with girls.

I've had some experience with that but I don't know if its more or less than most people. I'd rather not get into childhood stuff because I'm likely to use that as an excuse to procrastinate approaching.

Citation? And a similar parallel exists between me touching a straight woman versus a straight man, but you don't think that makes it okay to touch a woman. I don't think a citation is needed. If you don't think that's an accurate assumption that's fine with me. But thinking that men and women invite sexual touching to a similar degree seems counter to my experience. As to your parallel: I think more women than straight men would invite sexual touching from a man but that doesn't mean men ought …

You clearly feel differently to the OP. That's okay, you're allowed to. But the fact that you're saying his problem is irrelevant because of his gender is the entire point of men's rights. No, it's not "mountains out of molehills". Telling men that they should enjoy being sexually assaulted, that it doesn't matter, while the reverse for women is a terrible terrible double standard. Men and women aren't that different. I don't think op would call what happened to him sexual assault. And I think m…

Also, how does this justify at all what she did? Does it suffice for a guy to think that many girls at bars actually just want to get laid quickly to go groping around? Suppose that 99% of guys wanted the behavior that OP shunned. Can you blame a girl in that situation for behaving the way she did? Can you blame anyone for treating others in a given situation the way 99% of them want to be treated? It's wrong for a guy to go around grabbing boobs if he thinks girls want him to because they proba…

I think a pretty large percentage of guys would want this (especially guys at the bar). Certainly larger than the percentage of women. If you were telling her to stop and she wasn't then she's certainly wrong but it's not the same as a man doing the same to a woman. You may have been harassed by this woman, uncomfortable also, but were you afraid? Did you think she was going to assault and/or rape you? Probably not. I don't know anything about MensRights and what you guys are advocating for but …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
