But if someone has a hiring bias that they aren’t aware of it could help disrupt a pattern. An example could be that manager for a bar is new hiring servers. As a he’s going through resumes she notices she’s only picked women to call back for interviews. If she says to herself, maybe I should consider the best three male candidates, she might like one and hire him.
