Consent goes beyond knowing what is happening. The ability to properly consent is based in having proper information about the situation, and the idea is that 15 years old isn't enough time to have accumulated the experience needed to make an informed decision...

When I was 15, I would've loved it too... I also would've loved to have driven a lamborghini but it's every bit that lamborghini owner's responsibility to tell the 15 year old that he can't borrow that car Not raping kids is the adult's responsibility just like not lending your lamborghini to kids is also the adult's responsibility...

That's why it's not a crime for the boy, it's a crime for the woman in a position of power over the boy that should be the non creepy adult to the children she's supposed to be helping grow into functional adults... Not that you could expect that from the school system in the states but even if they're just brainwashing worker drones, they still shouldn't be raping them... It's not like this woman was one of his friends older sister or something and a game of spin the bottle got out of hand, whi…

Being simply on a sexual platform is enough if they actually wanted to prosecute. Having your own baby pictures stored in your porn folder is enough to be considered sexualizing

Cp laws aren't about protecting victims, they're about pork barreling unpopular invasive laws, nobody votes against them, and they carry all kinds of openings to let your privacy be invaded just in case you're a pedophile. Warrantless searches, wire tapping, all of it. None of the politicians actually care about stopping child abuse but they do love being able to spy on anyone and everyone

Has it gotten to the point where the assumption automatically is that nobody has cash to hand to people?

Yeah the actual situation is that 140mil is her earnings over the course of their union and to be considered for settlement. He also had earnings being in finance that will be divided as well

Just get a t-shirt that is screen printed with a generic looking "this conversation may be recorded" kind if design on it. It's not your fault that they thought the disclaimer was a joke

That's not true. If they're authorized to leave their cell they're required to have a job. Sure they can be lazy and not really work but having a job is mandatory if able.

SAG also handles contract terms including the inclusion of internal arbitration clauses that force issues line this to be handled privately behind closed doors and disallow police involvement. The union could force these clauses to be disallowed in contract negotiations.

Realistically it still probably comes down to the type of position held, men are for sure more likely to hold a salaried position, or performance based pay position which almost always leads to a lower hourly equivalent rate when overtime compensation would be considered.

Stopping on the highway is a traffic citation, it's against the traffic laws (where I am which is not Canada) it is not murder. I think her sentence in this case is appropriate for her actions. I don't see this as her getting the pussy pass. The max penalty for murder makes no sense for her actions, being charged with murder makes no sense, although I'm not at all familiar with Canadian laws, she did not murder the guy. Here what she did would be reckless driving, creating a hazard etc. But its …

I agree, it's entirely the motorcyclists fault. Don't follow too closely, pay attention to the road situation, the reason she stopped is totally irrelevant to the situation. If she had stopped because her wheel fell off the car the guy and daughter still would've hit her. This kind of thing is why people hate motorcyclists

When you turn any obd car to accessory every light will come on. This is done so you can check and make sure that the bulb isn't burnt out or removed.

It's not my logic and you're arguing a whole different point. The pedestrian doesn't have to be not at fault for the driver to be at fault. Just because the pedestrian is guilty doesn't mean that the driver isn't. The two things aren't mutually exclusive that's how law works. It's possible to have both parties be guilty. Edit: also it doesn't matter if the pedestrian is in a crosswalk

I've never heard of a city in the US where the driver wouldn't be at fault. Just because they cause a hazard doesn't mean you get to hit them

Um... yes. You always have to yield to pedestrians. ALWAYS. it doesn't matter if there's a crosswalk. Pedestrians always have the right of way. I should state again ALWAYS. yes it's illegal to cross outside the crosswalk but just because they're Jay walking doesn't mean they don't have the right of way. If you ever hit a pedestrian with a car unless there is evidence that they threw themselves in front of your car intentionally you are at fault ALWAYS.
