imma be honest, easiest way is to look good. Make an offer that sexy to a buyer. offer = you i know its simple this worked for me. get jacked + grooming+ fashion = sexy offer. etc be so sexy you just become irrestiable to her. She will pounce on you the moment she gets the chance

so many poor adivces here "no i am here to workout" nonsense. I am going to the same gym for last 10 years almost the same time. Here is what i noticed. its totally ok to approach the women in the gym. Women also approach men. nothing wrong it. I have seen plenty guys who approached who are now in relationship with "hot women". I myself got approached plenty times by women there. Here is the thing. always wear good clothes. Just beacuse its a gym doesnt mean you can wear anything. Trust me, most…

nothing special frankly, clean high protein diet- alot of time in gym. Good haircut+ good grooming and hygine is the one that makes thte most impact. no matter how good looking you are if you dress like a homeless guy and have patchy beard, unkept apperance. you will never get a girl/human.

i dont mean to brag, you does kinda loose interest. Getting approached by tons of women can get extremely tiresome. You get "hints" all the time. You just pretend you didnt get it. etc if you have social anxiety like me then it can get even more painful.

i had a "glowup". the difference the way the girls treat me is day and night for sure. It actually made me lost interest in women because how "Easy" it felt.

people will say you shouldnt hit on her but i disagree with them. I have been to gym for many years. I see so many people were turned couples. I know plenty guys that made friendship/relationship in the gym by hitting on them. I would say give it a go, but dont keep on hitting on her if she declines or acts disinterested. Also dont listen to "no point in dressing well in gym" you should always look top notch. it will help you stand out from the rest. your scent, hygine, clothes, looks, fashion all …

"You lowkey described yourself like a Greek statue. 6’1* wide shoulders, good looking you’re going to intimidate no matter what you do 🤣 ( in a good way)" I know but i do want to talk to kind and good people I dont want people to get intimidated by me. Its not a "Good way"
