2	So this happened at my office I wrote a whole long response to this where I first was pushing for you to give her a chance. But then, I realized that she's NEW. There should be NO social faux-pas in the beginning. Most employees are on their best behavior at first, so if she's making these kinds of mistakes in the beginning, it's only going to get worse.
