Don't even think once that you should've kept your mouth shut. Once you spoke out about his predatory behaviour, you had a female reach out to you with the same complaints and that proves he's an assaulter point blank. All the males of the community 'shaming' you are rape enthusiasts and you should stop communicating with them. Since you had to deal with community shaming, I'd suggest trying to form a female only kayaking group. I'm sorry that you had to face this while trying to do something yo…

Been thinking of this and would be such a great way to find commonality. No idea how to take it to a meetup per se

For sure! Made a few really great friends at my college volunteering programs in the past

Concerts sound so exciting! I was going to meet some new friends during one and then it got canceled unfortunately. I've just found joining clubs online rn is such an obvious mess because of the lack of communication across the screen. Did Krav Maga for a while, I'm sure you'll like it! I think it's still worth a shot to explore common clubs and hobby groups to find HVW friends such as you did and I'll probably look into it more now that I've more time off during the summer. Thanks for your awes…

I think a good way to start is to realize how you said you don't want to be noticed and want to literally hide in your baggy clothes - nothing's wrong with you, you just don't want to feel the pressure of looking a certain way for men and that's completely okay. Men will forever prey on women regardless of the clothes we wear - they just find the more confident-in-their-body women threatening and vent out their anger and frustration over the fact that they can't get to be with them. Second, we'r…

I’ve had guys wanting to meet for a light lunch date to wanting to suddenly almost force me to hang out at their (or my) place within a week of knowing each other. One time a guy pretended to be making plans for a fancy brunch when he booked a place with unlimited mimosas just to ‘see me drunk’. What a waste of time.

This scares me. So now men will put on a mask after learning FDS strategies just to be a NVM all the while. Yikes.

A lot of men have an opposite strategy of WANTING a daughter just to be able to control yet another female in their lives. I’ve heard so many female colleagues of mine saying “my dad wouldn’t allow me to do x” like the last thing you’d want is your own father to be a LVM!

I make aglio olio on days where I literally don't want to cook. It's the most satisfying, 15 minute recipe to make.Recently I'm trying to make more Korean dishes such as Budae jjigae, barbecue wings, and pickles to eat any food along with. (radish, kimchi, etc.)Check these channels out! they really focus on mastering classic as well as innovative dishes:https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCVd4vxmL1SO5wHe8VpyA_NA https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCyG7zAV_2JlPnxhwDxZN6sA

Girl, nothing more satisfying than diving into some amazing Korean fried chicken and a novel 🤤 I want to visit Bali so bad!

- Skincare. After years of dealing with acne, I realised loving myself and blemishes will come with actually healing my skin with good products rather than bullying myself for not having glass skin. - Sleeping 8+ hours EVERY NIGHT. I'm a STEM student so it sounds like a sin. But I do value my sleep a lot rather than worrying about how high my grade could've been. - Cooking. I love, love, love trying to make new recipes, experimenting with multiple cuisines and mastering the classics. Food I make…

What even.. I'm getting very obvious white supremacist vibes from her, as if she's justifying her own privilege. Mine's problematic, but yours is outright corrupt! Move onto finding a better therapist asap!

That's so disappointing to hear, sorry you had to deal with someone like her. I remember telling my therapist that I was striving to be 'independent' and she ended up teaching me a lesson about how no one can be independent because 'you buy the milk from the milkman, the veggies from farmers'...which was so laughable. Of course in that sense everyone is dependent, but she just misunderstood my sense of independency as literally doing everything on my own. The more I talk about it, the more I rea…

I agree. It requires a different level of convincing and energy to fix the older generation. My grandmother is the epitome of being codependent while still doing all the work for the men. I’ll stick around until the last few session with her.

This really made me feel better. I felt almost guilty disagreeing with my therapist. I think I will definitely give it some time and bring this up to her if this conflict happens again - since we've very few sessions left together, and then seek a more FDS inclined therapist. Thank you so much for the advice! ❤️

Firstly imagine proposing to a man with such disgusting taste in fashion 🤢 Sis, if he'd want to marry you, he'd propose before you having to quite literally stoop down so low.

Someone I was dating (not in an official relationship) lived in the same residence as me and everyday became a brutal flashback to the happy memories we had. He was extra nice after the breakup, and always struck up a conversation about how my health was, was often concerned about my safety when I walked alone at night (since I always walked with him before) and said he'd be there if I needed anything. Each time, I cried in my room after this fro hours, thinking I lost a good thing. You have to …

The 'clumsy' feeble girl, high-pitched, big eyes/ lips, hairless skin...is literally the damn description of a baby. I hate to see so many women altering themselves around me just to fit this disgusting standard that men (I'm beginning to believe all are pedophiles honestly) have set up to jack off to. I was once the same girl who literally vowed to never cut my hair because I'd disappoint my NVM 'love interests'. Cut to now, I literally have cut my hair shorter than ever and I feel so goddamn c…

Not an Italian lady here but I do belong from an Asian country with a very similar mindset. Men and women generally stay with their parents even after they've started earning/ can afford to rent on their own because it has somewhat become socially 'acceptable'. Men can end up staying with their parents as far as 40+ years old, or until they've seemed marriage. Women here are encouraged to marry these same men at an early age and move into his parents house. Renting is regarded as 'cheap' while p…

I just realized I've never received flowers from someone in my entire life. Explains the LVM/W around me haha! Love the flowers btw, never expected a yellow/ orange combination to look this adorable 😍

This is happening with multiple social media websites such as instagram too. I deleted my instagram when I realized how much of my account content was visible on other random .weirdlinked websites in spite of being private. Most of these random sites use pharming to collect further traces of your identity. That said, it's inevitable to be able to completely disguise our identity thanks to these cookies and data selling. But yes, always keep your private information at a minimum regardless.

Right! Every woman has felt scared of every single male entity in their lives at some point and the very statistics do the talking. If a guy claims he's part of the "Not All Men", he very well is akin to every other man.

That’s an opinion. If you do enough research, you’ll know the extent of their racism and sexism.

She didn’t just leave the show but her entire career in acting. How popular and respectable her show is, is subjective. Not just her career - her lifestyle suddenly shifted to doing pretentious princess duties and diets and dealing with stockings controversies. I wouldn’t be alone if I said she was forced into that lifestyle in the name of love.

His past includes a strategic fuckfest with a million women and he's very well known to be racist as well. I applaud him for taking such a huge step, but it often makes me wonder if this shit is enough to regard him as a HVM at all. Keep in mind, Meghan did have to leave her professional life due to his 'strict royal family' where he didn't bother to object her giving up her independency. It's complicated.

Wow! This really hit home! I've almost always had exclusive pickmeisha LVW who made me idolize 'the boys' and I believed being a part of their clique was less drama (sigh, the internalized misogyny cringes me now). I too have truly been hurt way more by my female friends in the past, only to realize that that came from the extreme patriarchy foundations. I am in my early 20s and while I've finally cut-off these toxic LVM and LVW, I still seek a solid personal fds inclined community who I can get…

I agree! And almost all issues that men face themselves also stem from men themselves. Most men bully other men is why they face mental health issues in the first place.

Men running these subs leech off of Feminism as a 'trend'. The moment it hurts their fragile masculine ego, out goes their 'woke'.

Don't want to probe in, but do you mind telling us how the process went like? I've almost always had bad relationship experiences with men due to overlapping friend groups.

I hate how he's trying sooo hard to prove he's not like the other 9/10 guys because he's 'quieter and more conservative' and proceeds to seek a FWB situationship. This just proved that all men circle back to the same sexual needs in the name of a 'relationship'. Notice how he realises she's way too good for him but he doesn't want to fully let her go and wants to manipulate her emotionally to forcefully say yes to being FWB. Limp dick energy.

girl give those 'friends' their exit letters out of your life. I've had such people around who sort of manipulated me into believing I wanted 'too much' or was a 'cold bitch' for standing my ground, making me loathe myself. Try making new friends oriented with the fds principles.

She cannot let her emotions mask what's happening with her. She loves this man for what? for making her believe she's lazy when she's doing above and beyond as a mother alone? No. Women should stop dating trashcans.

It’s crazy to know that so many women are manipulated to an extent that they’re forced to give up their dreams and work endlessly to fill a man baby’s needs. Happy you threw that disgusting man away and thank you for sharing your story!

It makes me sick to my stomach to see people applaud fathers for doing the bare minimum while the child’s mother literally fricking pushed out a baby out her vagina and selflessly nurtured the baby because that’s what she’s ‘supposed’ to do while her baby daddy leeches off of compliments for just literally rocking the baby to sleep, like what even. Stop broadcasting men for performing the basic duties they should be doing.
