You probably just have to contact the court system whereever you owe to show them that you're paying on any back support.

i have tried looking for work in that area for over a year and a half. it's futile and awful there. i now have 2 jobs here in chicago as well as the occasional side work for my own webdesign/photography/graphics company. he excuse for not letting me have him over night varies. it started out that i didn't have breast milk. now he drinks formula and eats more regular foods. then it was that i didn't keep to his schedule. i emailed her photos the minute he was eating & napping at which she respond…

i know that because there is no formal court custody order that we do have equal rights. i've talked to several lawyers about this. but, if i do refuse to give him back to obtain an overnight it can (and likely will) make me look bad (as it did w/ your ex) so i've been playing nicely. it fucking drives me insane that she acts like this arbitrary decision making gestapo with my son though. she screwed up my visit on father's day by taking him out of state and returning to illinois extremely late.…

yea, i'm not really sure what to say about that other than... the reason i have a lawyer is because i'm not versed in the peculiar language of law and the judge doesn't really sit there and listen to random rants in a custody battle (especially about your own lawyer, who as of yet, has not appeared in court with me. i just recently retained her, but there are very few options for "good" lawyers in the town the hearings take place and unfortunately she is one of the few "good" lawyers)

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
