Directness is great and I expect it’s refreshing for women to see. One detail is that it’s not just words that count. Maybe they don’t count as much as actions and body language. I think it’s important to (confidently and comfortably) show people your intent, even if it’s just with body language. On a few occasions, I’ve consciously wanted to be friends with a girl and said so. But I found them attractive, and it showed in my body language, and several times, it led to something beyond friendshi…

In general, I’d say: Don’t play games and don’t try to engage in the games others initiate. Don’t behave too differently with someone in different environments. At least your level of confidence and the attention/time you give shouldn’t be too different. e.g. being brave online vs. shy offline, or spending time and talking a lot off school, then ignoring in school - these lack consistency. Directness is useful. Be direct about what you want, and if you can’t have it - don’t waste your time. Goin…

You say you feel like you’ve ignored her too much. This means your ignoring her is really just a game you are playing and what you really intend to do is get her back (by trying to increase her interest in you by playing this game). Ignoring someone with this specific goal in mind isn’t as genuine and fulfilling as actually immersing yourself in your new single life and improving yourself and perhaps meeting other girls. Then you will ignore her automatically instead or having to think about and…

You said you've never cuddled or kissed with a girl before. Considering that, what happened that night was a pretty big step for you. I expect you've never been in a situation like this one before, so you're a step ahead of where you were now. This is progress. Maybe you froze up, but you still did manage to get this girl interested enough in you to get her to come over. I think a lot of things were against you that night: no prior experience, almost no time to prepare yourself mentally, no slee…

I'd say: Don't open on FB. Don't add girls on FB who already aren't known to you. If you already spoke to a girl a few times in real life and have enough mutual "Facebook friends", feel free to add her. But if you know her so little that you have to search for her by name and location and flip through profile pictures just to find her: don't. Don't text a girl more or more often than you talk to her in real life. Don't be more flirty when texting a girl than you are when you talk to her in real …

I see you mentioned you’re a virgin and in the comments I’ve seen you mention that you don’t have a lot of experience being sexual with a woman. First thing I want to say is: it’s perfectly okay to be a virgin (everyone is at some point), and it is perfectly okay to not have much experience and not feel super confident, and it’s also perfectly okay to go into college being a virgin. I say this because I feel that “I want to lose my virginity before college” isn’t an ideal mindset to take into a …

If you’re free during several upcoming nights, perhaps set up a date with all three of them. What I meant by my comment was that if you are single and you are clear about your intention, there is no reason to pick only one of them and go on a date with her while “ditching” the others. But based on you saying “pick one for this week”, it sounds like you are considering dating all three of them but only have time for one this week. In which case, I don’t know how this sub can help you. You’re alre…

I'm torn between two attitudes when it gets intimate: showing "raw masculine desire" by always "leading", taking her and putting her in a certain position, making her do things, pushing and pushing even more to make her understand how much I want her (supposedly incredibly attractive) - and staying light & keep slowly teasing until she wants more. I guess you have already realized something from what I said in my first comment, but I want to respond to this paragraph, just to reiterate perhaps: …

I have found that usually, if/when you reach a point where you are "discussing" with a girl whether or not it is worth it for her to have sex with you - it's not going to happen, and the discussions only make things worse. The problem with trying to discuss or convince her is as follows: nobody likes being convinced or guilted into doing what they don't want to. You telling her she can trust you to not leave her is of no use. If she doesn't trust you enough, you saying that she can isn't going t…

You are right. We both used “racism” when it should actually have been “stereotyping”. It’s just that both the times, the stereotyping being pointed out was somewhat negative, so it was easier for us to mistakenly label it as racism. Looks like we both agree about this so there’s nothing more to say. About the FWB. You nailed it when you said he might be insecure. He cannot believe that he is “good enough” to enjoy the attentions of this lady, so he chalks it down to her being some kind of gold …

Did you notice that you just generalized all Indians based on your dealings with a few, and then used that generalization to judge an Indian you have never seen or met? This itself classifies as a textbook example racism. I’m not mad, not trying to imply that you are racist, and not even trying to judge you (we all slip sometimes), but just wanted to show you that your judgement is rendered less effective by you failing to meet the same bar that you set for others you haven’t met. Also not sayin…

There really is no normal. Everyone leads life at their own pace and in their own timeline with their own decisions and their consequences. So, in a sense, yeah it’s normal for a 20 year old to not like casual sex. It is also normal for a 20 year old to like casual sex. I’m curious, why are you asking this question? By providing more context, perhaps you will find advice that helps you answer your real question if there is one.

It appears that women usually respond more positively to being approached from the front, where they can see you clearly. If we extrapolate this piece of information to walking in a narrow alley where there isn't enough space for two to walk abreast, it makes most sense to lead. This puts you in front of her, so she can clearly see you (instead of having you "lurk" behind her). Plus, when threatened, we all try to cover our front first. Think of what you'd do if you realized you're on the ground…

Hope this currently unfolding story helps: I have the same situation (FWB) going with one of the girls that I frequently meet at the dances. I have slept with two other women (and her, alternately) in the meanwhile - I didn't mention this to her until yesterday, but she was already guessing it (I keep several spare toothbrushes, and one of the nights she stayed over, I had to fish hers out of the washing machine - because I'd hidden it there when I brought some other cutie home). So yesterday, I…

A picture is worth a thousand words. So, here's another visual (and more idiot friendly) alternative to one of your suggested reads. This one is about creating good outfits, but mainly concentrates on colour combinations. Again, picked from /r/malefashionadvice.

Maybe the polo dislike is a result of their association with (badly designed) workers' uniforms and possibly the so-called "frat boy" vibe that American college students might associate it with. Personally, my feeling is that polos look better than tees when they fit nicely. But I live in a tiny Central European country with rather low fashion awareness among men. So... Anyway, take what you like. These were just suggestions. Happy to have been of help :)

A few alternative suggestions (you might want to edit them in if you like them): Skinny guys might want to swap out crew neck tees and get polo shirts instead; and this advice might not just apply to skinny gents As a brown dude, I've found that khaki looks bad on me. Navy, olive, and grey chinos look better. A watch is the best accessory to have. It looks good and helps us minimize the number of times we look at our phone (I always find myself judging dudes who keep glancing at their phones eve…

A couple more things that I've noticed while dancing with girls, but is probably not a bad idea to use when burning through your usual quota of hugs: 1. tips of your fingers go to his neck, 2. your head turns away from his and rests on his shoulder, 3. hug with your entire body; this means you not only apply pressure with your hands and chest but also gently push forward with your hips without being sexual about it. At least #1 and #3 are subtle enough that your friends wouldn't notice (if you a…

Playful teasing can easily lead to playful hitting. Hitting is touching too. Girl hits guy, guy escalates by holding her fists in his hands and then wrestling her (preferably onto a couch). Tickling works too (both ways), as long as it isn't overdone. Kids are so good at kino. Then they grow up and lose all their mojo. So: He teases, you lightly punch his shoulder, he teases you more, punches move to his chest. Make sure they're not hard enough to actually hurt. Leave the rest to him.

Touch is a very important social tool. It can be the biggest filter that separates "friends" from "dating material" in the minds of women (and possibly people in general). Do you touch these women? Are you comfortable and natural when touching them? If not: Become comfortable with touching people. Make sure it's natural, or it comes off as creepy. Read more about touching. In the seduction community, there's a lot of material around "kino". If you've got the other things (confidence, conversatio…
