Great tips! And thank you for that compliment, it means alot. Unfortunately, since I work full time as a college counselor, my work hours are 7:30-4:30, the same time my SO will be at his classes so the bulk of my housework will have to be done while he is up and about. I am however considering staying up after him to get my own homework done. I suppose I could do some light cleaning then too.

Wow that would be great lol. Unfortunately, we are college students and we definetly do not have a cent to spare. And honestly, it kind of creeps me out having someone else clean my home. But if it works for you then more power to you. Thanks for your input!

Im in love with organizational charts like you mentioned, I have about 3 different ones that I plan to use daily. I'm a full time college counselor at a high school, a full time student of a triple major degree and i have an at-home online transcribing job as well. So, I'm in that boat of yours lol. Luckily for me, my SO is focusing solely on his degree so he will be able to help me some.

Wow again you bring up such excellent points! Definetly something to add to the conversation when making decisions like this one. I guess at the very end of the day it comes down to the fact that my SO believes i should work for the benefit of our family and whoever else i may influence throughout my teaching career. And as my captain, i need to take his insight into consideration.

While I appreciate your ideas, I have to disagree that actually teaching in a classroom setting and volunteering as only a PTO member produce the same amount of impact on students. My SO and I have developed a plan of action that will work for us whenever we do have children which includes taking advantage of our mothers' over zealous willingness to care for said children during the day.

I didn't go into college planning to be a stay at home mom. Heck, when I went into college I wasn't even sure that I wanted to have kids at all. It wasn't untill after I met my SO and we became serious that I felt that my feelings changed. Even so, he was the driving force in continuing my education. Which is why I understand his wanting me to use my degrees.
