Precisely. I've been reading about Greek philosophers, and you should see what they have to say about the opposite sex. Haha. Not saying I'm superior to others. All I'm saying is I worked hard for many years to become who I am, and at first it was mainly because I wanted to get laid more often, but the grass is always greener on the other side. In the end, those reasons were vain because I did not yet see the true nature of women. Now that I live for myself and have detached myself from external validation, I am much happier. Cheers.

I think Buddhism appeals to people who feel depressed, angry or sad and it's a way of showing them how they can focus their mind. If you've got a good head on your shoulders, then it's probably not as useful to you.

After you state your interest, just follow the Law of Least Effort and make sure to get her investing as much as possible. I used to complain all the time about not knowing women until I understood this. Now I just do as many new things as possible that will expose me to new people. Take a class (yoga, dance, painting), join some club (meetup.com), get a job that lets you interact with people, and just go out and see new places and explore new things. You'll meet all kinds of girls. Expose yourself to unique experiences, and you'll be exposed to lots of women in return

For an LTR, if she isn't chasing, I'd say just aim to put in less effort than she is (like 20% less effort). But if she's barely trying at all, that means you need to stop talking to her, and if she doesn't give a damn then drop her. I'm a red pill newborn so take that with a grain of salt, but that seems most reasonable to me.
