This might be a stupid question, but can we talk about self exams? (Off topic)Hey, I've been told it's hard lumps that don't move when you touch them that, you are looking for. Everything else is normal. Cysts are normal but feel softer and can be pushed around a tiny bit. | /r/RedPillWomen | 26/08/14 07:20 PM
What about our daughters? What I want for my daughters is for them to be happy. If red pill does that for them, then it's what I want. If they choose a different lifestyle, it won't bother me as long as it is not going to cause them to much heartache. | /r/RedPillWomen | 06/08/14 11:59 PM
If a man and woman work the same hours, should the woman still do all the household chores after work?I'm the same way about dishes. | /r/RedPillWomen | 05/08/14 08:25 PM
If a man and woman work the same hours, should the woman still do all the household chores after work?I think every relationship has to find what works for them. If you are they type of person that is going to get upset if the chores aren't done up to your standards, then it's probably better to do them yourself. | /r/RedPillWomen | 05/08/14 01:56 PM
Ways of using RP knowledge to deal with female on female interaction? The trick to having good friends is being a good friend. It works the same way for everyone, if your a RPW or not. The only thing I would watch out for is where you go to meet friends. If your trying to be friends with a girl that wants to spend all her time getting drunk at bars, it's going to be hard finding common ground and things you like to do together. | /r/RedPillWomen | 20/07/14 06:35 PM
Male asking gift advice. My husband just surprised me by overhauling my car. He took care of all of the little maintenance things that weren't quite due, but were coming up. Oil change, tires, breaks and an A/C recharge. He had the clutch checked, but still had a while before it needed to be changed. He replaced a speaker that made a crackling sound and programmed the radio so my stations were easier to find. It wasn't exactly romantic, but I was so happy. It made me feel like I would always be taken care of. | /r/RedPillWomen | 20/07/14 06:27 PM
I have a couple of close guy friends...is this okay? From my own personal experience it doesn't work. At some point they will hit on you even if your positive they don't like you that "way". It will start with a little comment like "Why can't I meet a girl more like you." and escalate from there. At that point you are forced to either lie about it, or tell your SO and face an awkward situation for every one involved. Focus on creating friendships with other girls, and I don't want to hear any crap about not being able to get along with girls. The … | /r/RedPillWomen | 20/07/14 06:16 PM
First Red Pill Experiences From A LurkerMy husband doesn't help with the cleaning unless their is something extra that I don't have time to get done myself. I don't mind doing most of the house work myself because I'm the one who cares more about the house being kept clean. Going to bed with a sink full of dirty dishes wouldn't bother him one bit, but it would keep me up all night. I also bring in about one 6th of our household income and he brings in the rest. I try not to keep tabs on who does the most with this or that because I fe… | /r/RedPillWomen | 16/07/14 06:30 PM
Lovely tips from Victorian era ladiesCultivate a happy temper The single greatest piece of advice that saved my marriage. It's all about attitude and attitude is a choice. Every one gets moody, but you choose how to act when you are moody. You can choose to avoid things that put you in a bad mood and surround your self with things that make you feel more positive. For example. Those friends that kept telling me that husband was controlling. I thought they had no effect on my decisions, but there message was always in the back of my… | /r/RedPillWomen | 16/07/14 03:09 PM
He's Having a Bad DayUpdate: Thanks for all the great advice. He didn't end up getting home until 11:30 last night. I fed him and kept the kids out of his hair. I offered a beer, which he turned down and I stayed quiet for the most part, except to respond when he wanted to talk. Then he went to bed and was asleep with in a minute of hitting the pillow. I think he felt relaxed and was able to unwind. Also the dog is doing good. She has some severe bruising and road rash, but no broken bones. Unfortunately his friend … | /r/RedPillWomen | 04/07/14 11:38 AM

Teaching my daughterWhen I was younger they had a casual version of finishing school. I attended every Saturday for about 3 months. They covered everything from posture, to grooming, to setting tables. I had a lot of fun doing it. At the end of the class we did a section on first impressions that included the way we dress and present ourselves. The class was held in a local mall, and the other stores let us borrow clothes to present a fashion show for our graduation. I believe the class was called Pretty Me and it … | /r/RedPillWomen | 26/06/14 09:47 PM
How do you ladies keep your nails?I've always had naturally strong nails that will grow pretty long without any help. Once the first one breaks I cut them all so they can grow back together. As for polish, I find that a good quality top coat keeps my finish in good shape despite any house work. The only problem I have is with certain bathroom cleaners, but they irritate my skin as well, so I wear gloves. | /r/RedPillWomen | 26/06/14 12:11 AM
I'm losing my marbles over here!I make him dinner every night. If it's been a really hectic day I'll make something quick. You can make some impressive meals in less than 20 minutes, for example scallop scampi. If I know it's going to be a hectic day ahead of time, I'll throw something in the crock pot. When I have extra time I make a meal or two and put it in the freezer. You just have to get into a routine. When he eats dinner I always sit down with him and the kids because it's family time and I'll eat a bite or two just so… | /r/RedPillWomen | 23/06/14 12:42 AM
Managing Family Conflicts [update]See all you had to do was trust your husband. If he's the man you thought he was when you married him he won't let your family go into financial distress just to help feed his parents addiction. | /r/RedPillWomen | 22/06/14 10:30 PM
I'm losing my marbles over here!I usually just nibble at dinner time. I'm just at the table for conversation. Later on during the night I grab a "snack" aka, my real dinner. By big meal of the day is breakfast. I figured out what he liked to eat by asking his mother early in the relationship. I didn't copy her recipes exactly, except for his favorite (peanut butter pie). The rest I just picked out his favorite flavors and common ingredients and used the trial and error method from there. | /r/RedPillWomen | 22/06/14 10:25 PM
Let's do thisWhen I first started out submitting was difficult for me as well. Once I figured out that it was a matter of trusting that I chose someone with great leadership skills and all I had to do was let him use them, it became much easier to accept my position as first mate. In the military you didn't get to choose. In your relationship you do. | /r/RedPillWomen | 22/06/14 02:58 PM
An Introduction to Keeping HouseFly lady was amazing when I first got married. I never had chores other than cleaning my own room when I lived with my parents so I had no idea what I was doing. That reminds me. I have to get my kids started on doing chores. | /r/RedPillWomen | 22/06/14 12:19 PM
The Balances Of Power In A Relationship With An Alpha ManIt's going to be really helpful to have your roles clearly defined once the baby comes and things get crazy. I stayed home when my kids were little and my husband provided most of the financial support. I did some volunteer work from time to time, because having no one but a baby to talk to all day gets frustrating. Now that they're all in school I got a part time job, but it's great to know that if I needed to give it up for any reason my family would still be okay. | /r/RedPillWomen | 21/06/14 04:43 PM
Managing family conflicts.Have you tried approaching the subject from a place of concern for his parents. I would try telling him that your worried about their gambling addiction and food hoarding habits and that you don't want to enable them and make the problem worse. Maybe tell him that you would feel better about helping them out financially if they were willing to set up a repayment plan that could possibly include removing a small amount of the debt they owe for each Gamblers Anonymous meeting they attend. Also do … | /r/RedPillWomen | 21/06/14 03:10 PM
How do you go above and beyond? Those are all great ideas. My husband manages a ranch and has to be there when the sun comes up, but he does get fed there. I always wished he would pack a lunch so I could put a little something extra in it to show him I care. As for the boudoir photo shoot, that is great. My step-mother is a boudoir photographer but she lives so far away and I've never had the chance to have mine done. I'll have to keep this in mind next time we visit. | /r/RedPillWomen | 19/06/14 07:01 PM
Share your workout routines!I like variety so I don't get bored. My gym offers one free 1/2 hour session a month with a personal trainer for members, so I use that time to get some new ideas. This month I'm using light weights two days and then one day of rest. I also try to take a Pilates/yoga class once a week if I can fit it in to the day. For cardio I'm taking advantage of the good weather and jogging outside for as long as I can. I make it a little bit farther each day. | /r/RedPillWomen | 19/06/14 06:54 PM
need advice from the women hereIf it was a one time thing, I would say everyone is entitled to a bad day, but it seems habitual. You can't make her stop drinking. Move on. Maybe it will motivate her to get herself together before she completely destroys her life. | /r/RedPillWomen | 19/06/14 06:02 PM
Advice (cross posted with permission from lurker thread)Postpartum depression is different for everyone, but lack of bonding is only a symptom in a few cases. There is also a condition called postpartum anxiety that acts very similar to ocd. Talk to your doctor about it. They are both caused by hormones from having a baby and are very treatable if you get help early enough. If you let them go they could develop into postpartum psychosis, which is very serious and not as easy to treat. | /r/RedPillWomen | 19/06/14 03:47 AM
Advice (cross posted with permission from lurker thread)Bugs I can actually help you with (although I think the anxiety is more of an issue than the bugs themselves). I've lived in the country my entire life and I can tell you that most bugs hate pepper. Pour a good amount of it into a coffee filter or tissue, tie it into a sack with a rubber band and place it close to the area you want to keep the bugs away from. It's a good short term solution. You could always call an exterminator later on and they can either tell you that you don't have a bug iss… | /r/RedPillWomen | 19/06/14 03:39 AM
Which dress to wear for my elopement? He'll see everything he wants to see later on. The best part of getting married is consummating the vows. | /r/RedPillWomen | 19/06/14 02:38 AM
Advice (cross posted with permission from lurker thread)I had a really great captain first mate analogy written and then I realized I couldn't in good conscience post it yet. Your dealing with a newborn and your mental state is at the least, questionable. Their is a good chance that you have a case of postpartum depression to deal with on top of all of your other stress. The obsession with cleaning could be a sign of it escalating to something much more serious. The number one thing I would advise you to do right now is see a professional. In order t… | /r/RedPillWomen | 19/06/14 02:20 AM
How do you go above and beyond? He likes to play video games sometimes, but he already has everything he wants in that area. He also loves horses, but he works on a ranch, so I don't want to get him a gift that would be work related. He is pretty social, but he has a small group of friends he prefers to spend time with. I actually think he would love some of Agent_Elle's ideas. I would like to plan an adventure for him and his friends, but I have no idea where to start. | /r/RedPillWomen | 18/06/14 09:31 PM
How do you go above and beyond? Those are some great ideas. I bet he loved the sea plane. It must have been hard keeping it a secret. Edit: I think I will go with something like this for his birthday gift. Any tips on how to go about planning an adventure type surprise and get his friends in on it without telling him. | /r/RedPillWomen | 18/06/14 09:27 PM
How do you go above and beyond?I never thought of filming it. I guess homemade gifts can be more fun than store bought ones. | /r/RedPillWomen | 18/06/14 08:37 PM
