You are again partially correct, raw crude doesn't damage the environment long term, as raw crude is composted dinosaurs, bacteria consumes crude at temps above 60 degrees fahrenheit, and creates a very good fertilizer. This is why most of our at fertilizers are derived from oil. Heavy concentration of fertilizer is bad for plant and wildlife. So a spill of crude is bad in the short term. Refined material on the other hand has long term effects that are very harmful to the environment.

39 , no kids, nice savings , good job, nice house, nice trucks, motorcycle. I see friends doing the same career, similar money, 3 kids, stay home wife. Junk cars, no money, no enjoyment. I work overtime to buy toys or save. He works over because he has to.

I imagine at that time, during the great depression, her family probably didn't have the resources to support her. I know my grandmother, during that time and about that age, was sent of to live with someone else as a house servant/ house keeper because it was that or not eat.
