I would say you are winning at life and you would only lose if you got back into the dating scene. Maybe the best way to proceed is to travel, learn new skills, maybe take a martial art or two, and just try every hobby you are interested in until you either master it or find a new one. You have done everything right so far.

How about you spend the rest of your life experimenting on becoming the best version of yourself and never put a bullet in your head? We all strive to be better, and it is a lifelong journey. I know health issues are a special kind of stress and you want to give up but man you gotta love yourself more than that. Refuse to give up no matter what. I guess for me (8 year monk mode) it is about exploring absolutely everything else in this life that interests me instead of women. I seek to improve my self for myself not as an extension of some validation from society or from the opposite sex. I truly just don't consider women in anything I do anymore. When you get to that space in your head and life, it really is pretty easy
