Haven't even had our first court date. Covid has shut our courthouse down entirely on two different occassions

So we did foster care up until I left. The foster kids brought drugs around my kids. So I interrupted the placement. It was the foster kids last night there. We have had 40 plus kids through our house and the first and last day each foster kid comes into the house hold i make my biological kids sleep in the same room to avoid any issue they might have. Kids being removed from the home have become violent in the past so I had them in there to protect them from any potential harm.

She forced me to recieve oral cause she thought I would then give her more physically but I was able to stop her from going that far. The worst part is that I couldn't cause an issue because the kids were all in the bed with us.

Other attorneys that told me their rates when I sought to hire one. I am aware it could have been a ploy but I have seen it actually occur in the court system. Like the post said I have it all on recording I just am worried the courts will default to the mom as a matter of tradition or something.

In the state of Oklahoma not hiring an attorney can be seen as a negative. Also she wouldnt let them talk to me or visit me unless she got the couches and the van and other items

I did. I've sold everything of value to pay for the attorney. I reported the assault to the sheriffs office and they said that it wouldn't matter because of my size. No one would believe me. I have a job and it's barely making ends meet. The first thing she did was claim all four kids on benefits so that i wasn't able to claim any. I work my butt off and work extra hours. I should have known better than to ask.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
