Good for you. But I've gotten to a place in my life where if I want casual sex I can find it and I'm rarely disappointed. I tend to be pretty vocal in bed regarding what I want. And I've not really had issues with achieving orgasms. I know this isn't the same with most women. To each her own. I wouldn't feel bad if you just want sex. You still have to vet people and get their STD status and such, that's a given. I think it's pretty cringe to tell other women what they should do with their bodies,…

There are so many cosmetic surgeries that are done for quality of life, though. For one, mine. I had double jaw surgery last year. It opened my airway, finally allowed me to chew normally, eliminated a lot of pain and discomfort, and also yes I'm much happier with the overall appearance of my face. I'm also thinking of people who lose tremendous amounts of weight who then get skin removal surgery. These people have so much skin they're in pain and get rashes. Or people with gigantic breasts that…

I do think it's kinda funny though that I always get a "new" flair, though I've been in this sub for at minimum a year lol. Oh well. Edit: I just figured out how to turn that off.

I'm going back to school this summer and I'm 30. It's like I actually started to live my life when I got divorced a couple of years ago. I was so dumb in my 20s, I'm so happy to be getting older and better overall.

Oof I don't think pressuring someone into having sex when they're intoxicated because "It's not fair to leave me hanging like this" is really the road you want to die on here. Men are trash, but that is disgusting.

EmoJoseph is great, actually. He didn't need to be the voice of reason here, though. If you want more info on why these women and their band is terrible, look more to creators like this: https://vm.tiktok.com/ZMeu37vYk/

If he doesn't have a license, it's a deal breaker. If he has bad teeth, deal breaker. Doesn't believe in therapy, deal breaker. Trumper? Deal breaker.

There are so many fat women who think the only way they can earn a man's love is with their body, because of assholes like this. This poor girl.

I think one of the biggest pills that I have to swallow is that being really heavy eliminates a lot of HVM from my life. Now, don't get me wrong, being curvy or a little fat is still really pretty and desirable. What I would call a "smallfat". I am bigger than that, though. I no longer believe that "people will love you for who you are, not what you look like." I'm not attracting great men like this. I myself am not attracted to this. I need to change my life for my health, but also in order to …

I was just about to share this. I'm so fucking disgusted I can barely think. This poor girl. I really hope she is able to leave.

I appreciate you taking the initiative and speaking your truth. I'm glad that you've found a HVM. I think you should focus less on what makes you different from other women on here. Some are traditionally higher maintenance, some are more casual and laid back. Some like women, some are likely asexual. There are tall women, short women, fat women, thin women. Some are mothers and wives, some don't want to ever marry. Some wear makeup and some just wear sunscreen. At the end of the day, we all are…

Okay I have a make friend (acquaintance more like) who I called out for dating young girls. He's 31 and his most recent fling is 23. His reasoning as to why that is okay? "They have less baggage. " LOL I laughed in his face and reminded him that he has a lot of baggage and he's a damn hypocrite.

Yes, I feel gross and that's what's holding me back. The monetary reinforcement is a good idea. Thank you!

Thank you! I have decided to gave it a 90 day try. All the accounts are deleted. I feel a bit anxious, but It's more of an excited anxious! I do have a doctor's appointment in a few weeks here as well. I'm not going to stop dating, just not encourage it right now.

I agree with this. My ex made it really hard for me to have friends or even be close with my family. I lost all my friends in the 4.5 years we were together. Now I have a great group of friends of all kinds who I can really count in when the shit hits the fan. I will never sacrifice that for a man again in a million years.

Ah, okay. I don't know if not having friends reduces your value, persay, just makes for a bit of a lonely time. However, if you're okay with that it's all good. I'm naturally extroverted so I like to socialize, but of course everyone's different. It is sometimes nice to get real life feedback from actual people in your life, though. Like maybe siblings or cousins?
