they were way too nice asking her to get out of the car at 20 min. She bribes him at 12:45.

With the number of times she mentioned they were PhD students i was wondering how difficult it would have been for them to just register the vehicle. How many PhD students from ivy league schools does it take to keep a vehicle registered in the state of NV?

I agree. This is my exact understanding of the law.

Don't know how to make a blue link but here's the web page. https://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/crimes-felonies-misdemeanors-infractions-classification-33814.html Please explain forfeiture offense. I think that involves property related to the commission of a crime.

The word you're looking for is infraction. Law broken but not a misdemeanor. Citation and fine for infraction of the law.

What happened to the days where women's views were seen as frivolous and to be taken with a grain of salt. Men would look at their wives and daughters with a doting smile and tell them that what they just said was silly. I'm not saying that was right but maybe we should not take the opinions of little girls so seriously. Really people. THINK.

Generalizations and anecdotal at best. Feminist propaganda definitely. Total horse shit in my opinion

A false accusation of that magnitude ruins lives. Especially before these young men even began their careers. Publish her name. Ruin her future career.

She was well aware of what she was doing when she accused those men. Rape accusation is a malicious crime and the conviction and punishment should fit her crime.

Her crime involved the false report of sex against her will, ie. rape, therefore should be categorized a sex crime. Just another double standard for men to deal with

She is discriminating against them and excluding them from the group and meetings on the basis of their orientation and sex. That is the definition of racism.

rather than creating a meme i've decided to post this unpopular opinion here since the puffin has been banned apparently. I am in no way condoning Ray Rice's behavior whatsoever, but i am disturbed at the NFL imposition of such a harsh punishment. Never have a seen before such a switch be flipped that changed a man's life. There were probably many things that lead to the incident that happened in the elevator, but for it to have such such far reaching repercussions is astounding. I find it hard …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
