A woman should not be able to claim rape unless she's actually pressing criminal charges. Rape is a dangerous violent crime and to casually claim it against someone ruins their life. If they're guilty of true rape, then they need to have their lives ruined and and go to jail forever. If you can't bring yourself to press charges, don't ruin his reputation with casual accusations.

First, putting an average soldier against a marine is asking for trouble. I never served, but my Dad was an airborne ranger in the Army, and it's only for the Ranger tab that I would put Dad over the average Marine. Second, that women knew nothing about boxing. She didn't even look like she even knew how to effectively fight. She would have been schooled at joust, wrestling, or any other combat with a Marine. I'm my opinion, merely not offering a second date is enough. You can be subtler in your personal disdain, too. You can just leave. You can offer to call her a taxi to go home. I really don't know what to say: she's rude and he's petty. She was a jerk during the date, and he was kind of a jerk after the date was over. Believe me, nothing pleases me more than seeing some entitle little witch get what's coming to her, but is it worth your time, energy and inconvenience to try to get the money back? I would say it's not. Moreover, filing small claims means you have to see her face again, and it's worth the money to ensure that you won't have to see her again.

She might claim qualifications with four years as a a Senator and for years as Secretary of state, but that dust name hey more qualified than all the women in the US. This shouldn't have anything to do with "body-shaming." What she did is a crime, but it's invasion of privacy. If the roles were reversed, it would be no less illegal. That's not really what I meant. He might turn around and return to being loyal to her, but she's all messed up about it. Despite the fact that this is what she thinks she wanted, the fact that he was with some other woman will cause her to constantly think he might be doing it again. Again, it's her fault for wanting to arrange it this way to begin with, but I sense that this woman won't be good at owning up to her mistake, forgetting it, and putting it behind her for good.

When gender is your priority in a corporation, you'll sacrifice things like innovation, profitability, and quality. She clearly did so, and took a company like Yahoo!, Which was already struggling, and ran it into the ground, to the point that Verizon has agreed to buy it out. Either she wasn't looking at all, and she was at least driving entirely recklessly, or she was aiming for him. Dude, in 2015, cops shot and killed 990 total people. About 250 of them were black, and most of them were armed or resisting. The news is designed to try to make law enforcement look like they're waging a war to kill black people, but the numbers prove that it's a massive lie. Um, I hate to seem rude, but it appears in this case, this woman was charged with sexual assault, and she plead guilty. But since when was drug dealing considered kosher.
