There are men in jail who were convicted of stat rape when the girl had a fake ID saying she was 21 only to later find out she was 15. Further, who said that to be legal it needed to be "good for him?" And while I never had sex with my teacher, I was having sex at 16. It might have been less traumatic if I had been guided through it by an experienced woman as opposed to a girl who cried for 15 minutes and then insisted we pray about it.
