Bullshit, it wasn't 1 transaction, those are at least 4 different "crimes". She has no co-conspirator on production. She got a pussy pass just admit it.

If a woman is good enough to play at the higher level of play, it would be silly to restrict her for something as arbitrary as gender. So why can't a man who is not good enough to compete with other men compete with women?

"Women have always been the primary victims of war. Women lose their husbands, their fathers, their sons in combat. Women often have to flee from the only homes they have ever known. Women are often the refugees from conflict and sometimes, more frequently in today’s warfare, victims. Women are often left with the responsibility, alone, of raising the children. What the fucking fuck how does the whole audience not throw all their shoes at her when she opens her mouth to say stupid shit like this…

Never discount brains, wit, and a$$ets as mitigating factors. You misspelled money and fame.

She was in HIS bed, she was conscious, she could have said no as soon as he touched her but she didn't, they had sex before, she was not under influence or threat of violence. It was not rape, the fact that she was physically and mentally capable to refuse him but didn't makes it not rape.

Do remind me when was the last big feminist rally demanding conscription for women?

Still I don't see feminists lining up in front of the white house demanding to be included in conscription for war time, any idea why women tolerate such inequality? As for hunting take any dangerous or dirty job its probably a man doing it, be it sewers diving, antenna climbing or just collecting garbage. The thing is women prefer quality of life while men are more opportunistic, it's not just a cliche it's as biological as getting your period. Men are also more likely to work overtime and week…

Males have been privileged since the dawn of time. Women get to pick berries and feed children while men get to risk their lives hunting, what a privilege that was. And don't forget the all time favorite privilege of conscription, never heard of feminists demanding equality there.

Do explain what purpose did this story serve if not to high-five the woman? I don't see cosmo commenting on it to say it was wrong. I'm just quoting Mein Kampf, I'm not high-fiving Hitler.

What is your problem? Are we supposed to accept this kind of shit silently? Getting called a cunt is the least she deserves.

Precisely that, for the sake of the innocently accused and the real rape victims.

12 years for trying to fool the justice system into ruining 3 innocent lives.

The only reason we know for a fact she lied is because she admitted her guilt Can't you read? It says police became suspicious of her and that's why she confessed. While ideally this would discourage people from making false accusations in the first place, I doubt it will work that way. Giving the liar double the sentence that the accused would have received would work better, 2 years is a slap on a wrist.

Yes I would like her to rot in jail for 12 years because police became suspicious after carrying out further inquiries, challenging Dodd about her account. She only confessed when police called her out on her bullshit.

Two years is a joke. She should get double the combined prison time these men would have received.

Unless the man clearly states that he wants a child it's obvious that he doesn't, since woman is the party in danger of getting pregnant she should take care of her own birth control, be prepared to have an abortion or be prepared to become a single mother. You want sole control over what happens to your body? Then assume sole responsibility.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
