Its good that many men are now begining to acknowledge their mental status. We as men must support each other because we understand our struggles. Start by talking about it with your friends and relatives and make them feel that they are not alone, it goes a long way for men.

I think must western countries are like that. I would add most of latin american countries because we have a weird mix of modern feminism combined with oldschool ‘machismo’. The result is that women are becoming more wary of men, the law favors women, but still there is no talk about abuse from woman to man, and the man is still largely expected to perfom economically in the traditional role.

Yup, its even worse in more conservative latin american cultures where the women being aggressive, jealous and abusive its seen as cute and normal.

Panama: women have a reserved spot on all political candidacies and parties unless you prove a valid reason why you did not choose a woman as your runing mate. The laws on virtual harassment are written in a way that only protect women.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
