Good. Show the jury duty picture to the women you know, see if they agree with her. It's unlikely that they will. I do think it is difficult to have relationships with women if you have views like yours about them, yes. Do you really not understand why? Do you think you will have healthy relationships with people who you think are childish and inferior? The word rape is defined as a sexual act, ie forced sex, usually penetrative. No sexual act, no rape. See also 'divorce rape'. It isn't rape. I don't see how this would become standard procedure without legal enforcement. It would be wildly unpopular. So that leaves government to enforce it by making it legally necessary. Yeah it wouldn't cost much. But again, you should pay for that. Most people don't want it, and it's not a legal or medical necessity apart from the child support thing; why should it be on their insurance (taxes in my case)?

I have no problem with DNA testing for paternity. You said it should be mandatory. Meaning government enforcement and payment. Unless you expect to legally enforce women to consent to this and pay for it too. Also assuming women give birth in hospitals, there's a not-negligible rate of baby mix-ups, so women are less likely to raise a kid that isn't theirs but it does happen.

Okay I still think mandatory paternal testing for everyone is an overreach, but I did look up how it could be done and it turns out it would be really easy and cheap as DNA is taken anyway (at least in the US). https://www.aclu.org/other/newborn-dna-banking So that satisfies the concerns about medical invasiveness, although I still think it's an invasion of privacy if neither the 'father' or mother want it. I'm not saying those guys shouldn't get paternity tests. It just shouldn't be mandatory for women to participate, and shouldn't be paid for by tax. If the second part is true then it should be judged on its medical merits and implemented if it's a cost effective preventative measure.

Maybe in the instance of a person questioning whether they should pay child support, the mother should have to provide a DNA test to be eligible for that child support. But not taking it and forfeiting the money should be an option. Having taxpayers pay for every single birth to be DNA tested regardless of whether it matters would be really dumb though. Where does this 2.1 figure come from? I've heard this as a constant from various people, never with any source. It seems illogical for it to be a fixed number across populations, given that some have a much higher death rate than others, and so more births would be needed to 'sustain the population' in those cases.
