I have to add tho that men’s rights in general is in fact a political issue (child custody, SA cases, etc.). But then again like you said, it’s shitty to assume that one side doesn’t care about it - just because many on the left are sceptical of the anti-feminist tendencies in the men’s rights movement (me included). But if you look at the feminist movement historically, men’s rights have in fact been a part of it (e.g. 1972, Moritz v. Commissioner). They are being hateful, but that doesn’t imply their political position. And even if they are on the left, then that’s not the kind of people I would want to associate with.
