I'm bitching out, need advices and help.Learning to not give a fuck is in essence what you need to do. Take it from someone who's now on the other side of clinical anxiety, that's much easier said than done, especially since you have little to no point of reference. There are lot of tricks you can use to help your cause but one thing you have to accept is that this shit is not easy. Get comfortable with the fact that it could take you 6+ months until you see a noticeable improvement. It's gonna suck at times (depending on what stage y… | /r/TheRedPill | 21/09/14 03:56 PM
In dire need of career/life advice - Please help. The problem with bodybuilding is only the top 5 in the world make a comfortable living doing it, not easy. I'm all for having a goal and doing everything in my power to see it through, yet neither do I want to be the guy who's living in his caravan in the car park of golds gym because he put all his eggs in one basket. | /r/TheRedPill | 14/09/14 04:20 PM
In dire need of career/life advice - Please help.I agree with you 100% that a degree in the liberal arts would be something to avoid like the plague. However, I was under the impression that psychology may present as as lucrative career, specifically because there is demand here in Australia, ergo career prospects. Irrespective of that, I'm finding it extremely difficult to justify the 5+years of study and the mountain of debt I'll incur, not to mention I'll most likely be living at home upon graduation with minimal assets. | /r/TheRedPill | 14/09/14 04:14 PM
From clinical anxiety to beast mode - advice on success with women and diminishing social and approach anxietyAs I don't have much experience in these types of environments I cannot supply you with definitive answer, I can however add some suggestions. I currently only have time to go out once per week, yet my progress is still improving. It's all about productivity. I spent countless hours in social environments stalking the "easy" targets. Once I acknowledged the fact that what was taking 4 hours to do could be accomplished in 2, whilst obtaining better results I didn't look back. Specifically schedul… | /r/TheRedPill | 25/08/14 02:55 PM
From clinical anxiety to beast mode - advice on success with women and diminishing social and approach anxietyThanks for the replies, I'm glad to see some of you can relate. In regards to "shock exposure", I was referring to temporarily exposing yourself to a stimulus which you find extremely uncomfortable. The idea is that by pushing yourself one step further than you would otherwise manage comfortably, regardless of outcome, you will either adapt to the stimulus or defect back to your previous level of comfort. However, if you do indeed recede the time in which it takes to progress will be shortened a… | /r/TheRedPill | 25/08/14 02:36 PM
TheRedPill and Depression.I am so glad someone said this. To OP, you are depressed because you don't have purpose. Get a goal that you're truly passionate about and work your arse off everyday until you achieve it. Getting chicks, boosting physical attractiveness etc. These are all important, but are secondary to your purpose. | /r/TheRedPill | 08/07/14 04:10 PM
Stop chasing happinessI was literally contemplating this yesterday. I left the whole drug scene a year ago and since then have come to the realisation that it is just a fleeting moment of happiness. Exactly like fucking an outstanding broad or a great meal. You just end up trying to chase that high, or fix. It's just an evaporating memory. Ultimately, the only thing that's tangible and leads to durable fulfillment is your achievements. Your legacy, whatever you choose it to be. | /r/TheRedPill | 15/03/14 03:51 AM
The red pill and BuddhismWhen I first swallowed the pill this was my biggest source of conflict. Up until then I had always been indoctrinated in spiritual and religious teachings, (Buddhist and Catholic to be precise). At one point my greatest goal was to relinquish all attachments and desire, and instead follow an altruistic path of selflessness and compassion, failing to do so, in my eyes, was sin-like. Ironically, the further I "porgressed" the more miserable I became. Total surrender did not bring me bliss. Without… | /r/TheRedPill | 13/03/14 11:59 PM
Stop being so fucking angry at women, its not helping you.Every time I get angry or bitter towards women it's nothing but a projection of my own insecurities and frustrations.... If only letting it go was as easy as identifying the problem. | /r/TheRedPill | 31/01/14 10:04 AM
I was wondering if you guys could change my view on somethingI think you're confusing 'women' being terrible as opposed to various aspects of women's 'nature'. Once you understand their (women's) nature and accept it for what it is, a lot of the confusion and anger begins to subside. | /r/TheRedPill | 27/01/14 10:45 AM
