The only applicable advice to your bad choice of wrecking your body wasting your money is: Keep it moderate and never stay out too late, midnight or so (unless you got some fo sho pussy) And be prepared to go to jail, have someone’s phone number memorized. Obviously stay out of jail but it happens and it’s embarrassing as fuck so be prepared

Well that’s entirely possible, you have to be selective about where you go and who you give money to, Where I live I can eat at a Pei wei for Chinese food with grass fed beef or at a vegan restaurant that’s 100% organic. I usually eat at one of the two once a day... and yes I spend a lot of cash on food, but like you say, what we eat is paramount
