Practice messaging girls on okcupid. And if you're ever not sure what to say, post here because a lot of these guys are witty. It's a lot to do with learning (through firsthand experience) that girls are usually okay with lewd, witty, terse remarks and respond to them better than having a real convo like you would with a bro. Gaining muscle while losing fat is possible, but not really efficient. Closest thing you'll get to that is through leangains as these guys have said. It's quicker to just bulk 15lbs over your target then cut fat a few weeks.

You have a good frame, but don't post your face on trp subreddits. I'd bulk with 3k+ cals to at least 150 then cut via carb cycling at 2100 calories/day. For reference, I'm 5'10" and I bulked to 220 then cut to 195 over the course of 4-6 weeks
