I am all for trans rights. But to me, and somebody correct me if I am wrong... women and men are biologically different. If a man has a chemical imbalance and feels like a woman I am all for her dressing as a woman, using the women’s room, being called a female, etc. I draw the line for things where being a biological man gives you a distinct advantage. Like sports. I wouldn’t be okay with a trans WNBA player either.

If you truly don't know what you did then there is a good chance you did nothing. Getting a lawyer and bringing to the interview will probably show your employer that you're serious. Depending on the size of the company they may not even want to deal with it at this point. I would do it just because it always seems the benefit of the doubt goes to accuser for this sort of thing.
