I'm no pua, but I agree option C seems the best approach. You've already made it clear you're a man on a mission, have your own ambitions, plans, goals, etc. This puts her in a position to chase/pursue you. If you made the first move I feel it might alter this balance. Just keep up your inner game the next time you do meet, maybe make an effort to see your hb friend more in hopes of running into hb8, and go from there
