My numbers are fairly similar to op. 1X132.5kg squat 1X160kg Dead But I can touch my hands flat on the floor with straight legs, my quads feel tighter than my hamstrings. What do you think the problem could be?

I highly recommend water fasting. I just tried a 72 hour fast out of curiosity. After completing it I feel like hunger is a non-issue, it is something I can control with ease. This is the video that inspired me.

Was on a night out at a uni bar, ended up spending most of the night with her. Tried to kiss her twice, same reaction both times, I said 'maybe later then' with a sly smile both times.
