Just tell yourself if you don't want to, you will never see this girl again. I have that same problem for me, but for some reason, once it's in my phone, it's locked in. I think the problem for me is that I need to see it in writing. It has fucked me over before though when I ask a girl for her number after talking for 30 min. Usually I ask if she can just type in her full name too.
