16 - 14 or even 17 - 15 is possibly forgivable. 19 - 13 is fucked. There's a huge amount of difference in maturity between a 13yo and a 19yo. To say 19 - 13 is better than 34 - 13 is just wrong. The kid is 13 ffs.
