Tell them that you've heard and understand them, but they need to accept that you don't see things the way they do, and aren't going to. Tell them you need their support and kindness right now. If they push back, unfortunately the end game is going no-contact for a while. Obviously, don't threaten them with that, but if they aren't kind to you, you may need to prepare for that. Good luck to you and your kids.

I would suggest finding a decent therapist - one that is experienced with modern trauma recovery tools like Acceptance and Commitment therapy. And, keep doing the things, even if they feel empty - over time, they can become more meaningful. Good luck. I'm just a few months behind you.

You'll be fine. You're basically at your peak. Bet it doesn't feel like it though. Good luck.

In fact, you'll find there's frequent need for the word.

Let’s take a page out of their book and find a way to get people on board. Well, masturbation is popular.

I suspect it’s another, less sexy story: you can’t say a lot about millennials based on talking to 66 men.

I've had enough experience with Teachers and their union to recognize their part in the problem and their almost unanimous (but not quite) refusal to see their own hand in it.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
