6-4, I honestly don't get tired of people asking me to reach high stuff.

I went to a therapist last year that was very open to redpill ideas. He was very skilled at understanding my logic and not imprinting his own bias on our conversations. People just gotta look around and see if someone fits with them. I was lucky bc he was the first person I went to, and I stayed regular with him for about 6 months until I moved away.

Drake gets a bad rap but most of his music is humblebrag about being alpha af. The beats are all dope too. Half of the music is pure hype and the other half is more r&b so it's just a matter of what mood you're in

I'd rather be fat than short. One is fixable.

Did you come up with that right here or is that a quote from somewhere? Because it's great.

A great book that covers the same ground as these videos is called "Salts, Sugars, Fats" by Michael Moss. It's a great look at the processed food industry and how most packaged food is pretty shitty. America is basically being fed by marketing departments at these huge food conglomerates.

What does "charming" mean in this context?

This is a great article. One question-- why does a person with abundance mentality "expect rejection"? That seems negative.

So should I find one of those good Christian virgin girls and then raise my family to be religious? Serious question. Not being facetious.

C'mon man...hitler should always be vilified. Was he a skilled leader and orator? Yes. But also a horrible person. That should never be forgotten

It's good to have a balance though. Fueling with emotions is good for that little extra kick, but keep in mind that getting pissed or taking PWO's taps into deeper energy stores. It's like taking out an energy "loan" with interest; eventually, you're gonna have to give back the extra energy you spent with some kind of crash. Having a relaxed routine lift doesn't carry the same rush, but it keeps the body level.

I'd love to see this. Easily digestible way to approach the book

You're really taxing yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally right now. Cut out something unnecessary. It will feel really good and will make you want to attack everything you kept in your life with vigor. Also, how are you sleeping? Sleep is basically steroids, and if you're not getting enough then it could be affecting you in the weight room and in the class room.

I was one of the people that gasped, simply because it was shocking to see. There was a good bit of shocking imagery in the movie.

Can I piggyback onto op with a similar question? I don't want to draw up a whole new post because the topic is related and I'm on mobile so I don't want to type out a lot. Situation: super hot chick I used to fuck. We were in college together. Started developing mutual feelings but I had to move away last month. Broke off contact with her for awhile but she blasts right through a month after I move away (and ignore her the whole time) with nude pics (she never wanted to send me any when we lived…

Watch the movie in a bedroom (on a laptop if needed, it doesn't matter as long as there is something external in the background). Escalate halfway in. Make conversation, talk about the movie and ratchet things up physically as you're chatting. If she's there watching the movie with you, there's a very good chance she wants to be physical. Take a shot. Edit: just disregard this post. I misread what you said

Drinks at my place, dessert (either store bought ice cream or a dq walking distance from my apt), come take a dip in my apt's pool, tv shows also work well as other people in this thread have pointed out. Bang out an episode or two depending on length then bang it out. If I wanted to throw in an activity to elevate the comfort level of a girl I haven't met before (read: Tinder), I have also used paddleboarding (also walking distance from my apt). This may seem time consuming but the sessions are…

Yea man. Movies have come through for me too many times to discount them as a method. One of my go-to's for a quick bang (you don't have to wait till the movie is over)

gotta be honest, i didn't know this to be a rule until a few months ago. my buddy and i met these two beautiful girls and the first thing i did was make fun of him to them. they peaced, and he laid it out clear for me: never put down your bros in front of girls. it's my biggest rule now.

Yea i definitely wasn't specific at all in my first post. i probably sound like i don't have much of a sense of humor, but I believe on some level anything that gets mocked consistently loses its clout. In the last decade or so extreme masculinity has been a common topic of over-the-top sacrastic ads. I enjoy them a lot and always laugh, but I also know that they do the part to diminish respect for people who are sincerely like that. Old Spice and dr. pepper 10 are two i can think of off the top…
