Yeah low key I've just been expeirmenting with various degrees of playful/sterile/sexual and I never know where to go when they respond positively. I want sex, I will try playing with your "C"

What the fuck is this about? Your girlfriend was snapping some dude you were with or something? Christ this is barely legible. If you're worried about your LTR snapping other dudes, just wait until you find out she is fucking other dudes because "you didn't trust me and were over bearing, it's all your fault!"

Fit=\=swole. After 48hours of being exercised, a muscle recovers and synthesis slows, any time after that you aren't building. This is why it is often said around here that you need to go to the gym at least 3 times a week. I dont need to improve more Sounds like you don't need TRP anymore. Complacency at its finest.

You have seen this type of comment before and are trying to apply it here, but you're doing it wrong. Use this when the OP tries to come off as experienced/all knowing yet their actions say otherwise.

Here's my response: "Oh do you want the rest of this" "Ha, nah." (Pat her on the head and walk away, don't look back or say bye)

You need to read sneakyninjapants tinder material on body building forum. Also, most definitely read /u/OmLaLa material.

"Sorry I'm being kinda weird, honestly I'm just feeling nervous because you're just intimidatingly attractive" The odds of this being a troll post are at least 60/40. Sounds like its time to take a break from TRP Reddit, get some tail, and when I come back I'll share some quality content. Brb.

But I am not an insecure beta... Really? Because I am looking at a post that proves otherwise. By the way, reading this made me cringe. So I guess you are on your way to becoming the alpha you envision...?

Try reading that first paragraph again.

You write like a pedantic child talking down to a grown up. Try using the word "which" less, and cutting out all the other unnecessary filler.

"I am a good looking, extremely intelligent guy, BMI 26, 5'10" "I am 6.5/10 in looks, average height, fat, nerd."

Bioengineer and web dev contractor. I would probably become more alpha if I was able to practice Keep It Stupid Simple.

I would like to hear from a long term member on this, but to me it sounds like you lost frame. You responded to their anger with anger (so you were in their frame), but ideally you would just treat them like little girls (or not respond at all). Even if you don't have the time for a 2 minute conversation, you could have replied in a calm and controlled way and kept walking. Also, why is your head down? Why aren't you making eye contact with everyone you walk by, especially girls? Betas look at t…

I will try this. I've fallen into interrogation mode many times before...

I'm doing excellent. I've added boxing and muy thai training to my weekly activities recently, and with lifting every other day for a few months now I'm seeing results. My diet is consistent and healthy AF. One thing I'm particularly shit at which I am now studying and practicing is conversation. I'm still a socially awkward incel, and can't start conversations with anyone nor keep them going, regardless of gender/attractiveness. I've spent the last couple days learning about how people normally…

Small note, remove "literally" from your vocabulary. Ironically it reduces the value of your sentences, even though you are using it to get the opposite effect.

I'm 20 years old with herpes, it doesn't affect me in the slightest. Little story, I first learned I had herpes from a past LTR. Before finding TRP, girl I dated calls me in the middle of the night and tells me she feels disgusting and unfuckable and is pissed off that I gave her herpes. "Oh. Huh didn't know I had that. Later." Yawn. Who fucking cares? You aren't flashing your junk to get laid, and no girl that is willing to have sex with you up until you get naked is going to see your junk and …

Someone looking for a LTR girl. Girls that are bitchy like that are bitchy to other guys when you're dating. She's less likely to end up fucking other guys because she has a strong filter. Hookup wise it's a lot of effort for a lay.

How about anyone who has replicated his "diet" and saw results? Are you suggesting that when it comes to evidence of caloric restriction diets working, n=1 when you conduct a meta analysis of all literature? It's amazing how so many of you blindly follow shit still, even after discovering red pill, and question nothing. You're confusing living RP with not reading.

Calories in vs calories out is definitely an effective method. Look up the Twinkie diet, a professor (I think of nutrition) wanted to prove to students that caloric restriction was all one had to do to lose weight, regardless of your health. Dude ate two lies and Doritos for weeks, lose weight. Not saying it is healthy, it is definitely deficient in critical micronutrients, but point is you will lose weight. Low carb diet is not well proven scientifically, caloric restriction has been.
