I'm actually a fan of the double text! It lets me know they are still interested and are thinking of me. Usually, I get really excited and tend to text in bursts instead of consistently. They usually initiate the double texts with telling me about something else that happened during their day. I like to leave my texts with questions for the guy to reply to!

So very happy for you! It takes a lot of courage to get out of that and I admire your strength in doing so. Wish nothing but the best and hope you guys get to go on another date soon (: cheers!

Sorry about the confusion. No I wouldnt get into a relationship with them. some people should just be friends. Also not everyone is looking for a romantic relationship. So this girl might not want a romantic relationship just friendship.

erm, it's not that I never would. It's just that I'd honestly rather have true solid friends that will always stay in my life. Sometimes past lovers leave your life and it can hurt. But note there is a difference between loving a person and being in love with them. My friends I love them and care about them whole heartedly but that does that mean I am in love with them romantically.. if that makes sense

I would say depends on a friend. Either in a few days - week - month. It really depends on who, some I know are more busy than others. I'm also pretty bad at replying after I initiate a conversation.

setting boundaries is good but honestly some girls just like to talk. In your original post, you asked if girls initiate with guys they are not interested in romantically. The answer is yes. I do, sometimes I just miss my guy friends and reach out as I genuinely just want to see how they're doing and hope all is well. I would just keep the conversation going if you feel it's right. I don't think you're giving off an impression that you want a romantic relationship just by answering.

I have done it myself, honestly walk around the first day. Just try and meet people around your age group. Go to the club and 21+ events. It's also going to be awkward that you're with your parents. Try and find a group of people who are dorming together who you can use their room. Don't try and feel pressure to make something happen. Let it happen naturally and organically.

have you tried asking her what she is looking for?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
