Who tf is just walking around naked? You started this with using only fans as an example. And its real fucking easy. Either subscribe, or don't. I would not take anymore to mean none at all, but that's just splitting hairs. I also don't think that it should be a temporary measure, in my original comment I was only pointing out that it can be reversible. Whether it's meant to be or not. I understand where you're coming from, but I know VERY few people that would undergo such a procedure without being 100% sure they don't want kids, but like I said things change for people.
