Meh, women over 30 still get tons of societal benefits, and here in Europe they are getting more and more. State-controlled instutions here are starting to nearly exclusively hire women, even for roles that before were occupied by men (like drivers for public transportation) and even if they are less qualified. A 30 years old woman can ALWAYS find a job, but a man? Good luck nowadays.

No. It's heavily about body language and properly reacting to hers, so you need face-to-face practice. There are ways to go make it useful, though: find a job or volunteer position that forces you to cold approach people, like security guard, salesman or some kind of organization job at events.
